Weddings are usually stressful occasions. In order to make it through, you need help and support…read morefrom others along the way. Without question, Keith made me and my wife feel support throughout the process of having our wedding print materials designed and ready for the big day. Without a doubt, I strongly recommend working with him for your custom print needs. To add a more personal touch to our wedding, my wife and I decided that we would have a wedding 'theme'. After giving it plenty of thought, we landed on the idea of a MTA subway concept. With Yelp's help, we landed on Keith's p8perhearts page and couldn't resist reaching out to him after looking at his impressive reviews. His communication was incredible from beginning to end. Whether we wanted a phone call, video chat, or get a question answered by email, Keith was on top of it. We also appreciated his enthusiasm for our idea, thought partnership and creativity as new drafts for each product were made. His passion for his craft is undeniable. The pdf documents he shared of the designs as we developed them together were beautiful. I've uploaded samples of them with this review to Yelp. Also important, Keith hand-delivered the materials to us in midtown. The quality of the paper he used to print the designs was top notch. Our guests were enamored with the theme we presented on our big day, and we owe a huge thanks to Keith.

From our very first meeting when I had literally no idea what I was looking for to the final product.. wow! He walked me through everything. So many designs, changes, ideas, requests. A very picky fiancé lol. He helped me come up with a modern bilingual invite that I truly could not find anywhere else online! I got so many comments from friends & family members how much they loved our invite. It really set the tone for the day. Keith's pricing was very reasonable for the quality of work! He worked so hard to give me exactly what I wanted and I really appreciated it. Honestly, he is just a genuinely kind human being and it shows thru his work. Highly recommend!! Thanks Keith!

Really wanted to give these guys a good review but 2nd time using them, they added an extra logo…read moreinto our event poster/flyer without explicitly telling us they did it. An option was checked by default and it was snuck into the design and because no one was expecting an extra logo to pop up, it got printed. When I noticed this extra logo and called them - they had a terrible attitude, saying most people prefer to have this logo inserted in their work and it's common practice for union printing companies to add extra logos when printing work by default and they've been doing that for 15 years. No remedy was offered and basically said if we want it fixed we would have pay for a new expedited order. If you don't want a printer to be adding their own logo as a default to your work - I would suggest you use someone else. - - - Giving your business negative feedback does not equate to anti-union sentiment please. What a joke. Who taught you how to respond to criticism? Netanyahu? When printers send back digital proof - people are typically checking for color, layout, cutoffs etc. People don't expect your PRINTER to be adding in extra logos to your design.

They got us everything we needed at a great price and without stress. Throughout the process, Nick gave us his expert opinion on paper quality, dimensions, etc to bring our designs to life. Plus, their shop has the most awesome posters on the walls of their shop. Highly recommend them!
