It's annoyingly hard and expensive. It's not snobbery, it's purely trying to eat healthier foods with less chemicals, etc. Our family member recommended Melissa's and me not being a vegetarian, was kinda skeptical. We opted to try this out - when in Rome... It's a small, cozy place. Staff were really nice. Menu was surprisingly large for a small Wyoming town. The five of us all got different things - lots to choose from. It was all AMAZING! Everyone, including me, loved it. It was fantastic, and portions were large! But what shocked me was the bill. Now if you're from somewhere else, it may not feel this way, but being from LA, the bill was about 1/2 of what I thought it would be. Given it was very affordable, we left a very generous tip as the staff was great. We can't wait to go back one day. You can't go wrong with these or the cauliflower wings. The sauce on this was a tad spicier than I normally like that day, but that did not bother me given how delicious the dish was. My partner got the lettuce wraps which had a yummy tofu scramble that we also really enjoyed. Overall, I love the concept of comfort vegetarian food that Sweet Melissa offers, and I am so glad we stopped by here. But it was fine I understand they get busy and in a rush. Secondly the prices seemed to be hard to find and not explained when I placed my order as I was never given a total. Turned out to be more than I wanted to spend on two medium pizzas. I hope to visit the actual restaurant soon to get the vibe and try other specialty pizzas they offer.

SEVERAL things went wrong on this trip…read more 1. It was freezing inside. I wore my heavy winter coat through the entire meal. There were a lot of carry out orders, so maybe this isn't an issue for most people, although every table was full by the time we left. 2. The waitress gave us the option of paying beforehand or after. We chose before but she had no idea how to split our check in half. We ended up pooling our cash and then split the change (not evenly). 3. After waiting approx. 45 minutes, the waitress comes over to tell us that they put our ticket in the wrong place and they just started making our pizza. She was apologetic and said she would speak to the manager and get us free food the next time we come in. 4. When our food finally came, the sides (mac n cheese and mozz sticks) were cold. Not like not steaming, I mean they were actually cold. The pizza was hot but tasted only okay. It seemed like they loaded it with cheese but had used minimal, if any, seasonings. Very bland. We went with the bacon cheeseburger pizza. 5. When we asked for to go boxes we also asked about that coupon for the free food next time. Same waitress looked at us like we were crazy and said that they don't have coupons like that, she just meant she'd have to speak to the manager. Apparently the hour while we waited for our food wasn't enough time for her to send a text or pick up a phone. Then she just stands there. After a long pause I asked if she wanted my phone number so that, when she had time to speak to a manager, someone could call me. She did take down my number, but it has officially been a week and I've received no call. I don't blame the manager for this; I'm sure they never got the message. 6. To top it all off, the food did not sit well with me and I made several trips to the restroom after I got home. Will NOT be going back.
