This is a way that we know we can have good delicious healthy food and have it be ready in two or three minutes! I really like that you can choose regular or Paleo meals and that each week it's a new menu with different meals than the week before. I don't like to do a lot of dairy so I LOVE that all her meals are dairy free! I have started a list in my phone of my all-time favorites so that way I remember if they come up on the menu again to order a couple extra or to get a family size meal and my fiancé, his son and I can all have it for dinner one night! It's a bit spendy, but for me the value is in the time saved and avoiding eating out or having to buy crappy frozen lean cuisine type meals! My fiancé was skeptical at first because we've tried a few other meal and food delivery type services and we always end up canceling after a month or two because we don't see the value. Chef Michael then organize the menu with my son and his fiancé. Chef Michael showed up and started his prep, he was very professional and approachable. His organization in the kitchen was amazing. We had 10 adults and three grandchildren at the tables. Chef Michael treated the kids with respect and described each dish as it came out. We had five appetizers, a couple salads, and the main with two sides. Everything was exceptional, we are still talking about it. We will remember this meal forever. Chef Michael packed up leftovers, and clean the kitchen immaculately. We couldn't be any happier with the service and the food that we received.
