I have been to the Fountain Valley location on three times and two of the three times was very disappointed. I first needed to get my gate valve replaced cause it was leaking. I showed a picture of the valve to a guy there whom later to find out is Gino he didn't pay any attention to me and what I needed and he ordered the wrong part. He was too busy trying to upsale on chemicals I didn't need at the time cause my Spa was EMPTY. He also sold my wife a manual filter pump which is a piece of garbage. When the part can in I went home and tried to use it only to find out it was the wrong part. When I went back to return the part the young man who ( not Gino ) was very helpful and handled the situation and got my part returned. I then tried the Leslie's in Costa Mesa and Customer service was superb.. I went back to the fountain valley branch today to get some aroma therapy and There is Gino I was giving him the benefit of doubt he asked how I was doing as he was coming from the back and I said good. Then next thing you know Gino is up in my personal space asked me if I needed any help. I said nah I'm good and put down the product and started to leave Gino says I was just asking you if you needed help. It's not what you asking it's how he was asking you were in my grill. With that said I replied I will not be coming here anymore and left. I then called Costa Mesa store and informed them if the situation and described who I was referring to and they new who it was. Costa Mesa store is Top Notch.. Fountain Valley is below par. Gino if you pay attention to the customer needs then you will gain a customer for life.
