We bought a house in Temecula recently that had an old above ground spa. It worked when we first looked at the house and also when our inspector looked at it as part of the home buying process. After we moved in, however, I found out that it would work for a while, but then trip out electrically. I researched the problem online and after resetting it several times, and looking at the owner's manual, it became apparent that we would need some expensive repairs, so we decided just to get rid of it. I found them via google and based on the positive reviews I asked for a quote via their website. I was contacted within a couple hours with a quote. We set up an appointment. The earliest they could come was a couple weeks away, but that was fine. The email communication back and forth was concise, polite and accurate. On the day of they were actually a bit ahead of schedule and I hadn't left work yet when they called to say they were on their way. I'm fairly close so I left immediately and met them at my house a half hour later. That was at 2PM. They were done, complete, including a spray wash cleanup of the area at 3PM. Lando was very sensitive about making sure that no damage was done to any of the plants and walls in the area. I had an above ground hot tub that needed to be removed. My wife actually saw Lando and his crew in a parking lot with a trailer full of old tubs and asked him for a card. I'm glad she did because several months later when I called Lando and his company, Spa Removers, he called me back within a few minutes and was very professional. He asked me to give him a description of the size and placement of the tub and I told him and he gave me a price right on the spot. It did have a very sizeable bee hive in it which I had exterminated several days before he came and I told him that my gate was broken but he didn't worry about a thing. He told me that he has dealt with bees, rats, skunks and anything else you can think of and that he would be able to remove it no problem. I scheduled an appointment with Ann who was also very nice and helpful. She said that I would receive an email confirmation immediately and I would hear from them the day before the appointment and that Lando would call me 30 minutes before arrival. All went as planned. I can't even start to tell you all the great points of my review! First, the appointment time to schedule the pick up is wonderful. Anne was very accommodating of my schedule and was even able to switch my time to an earlier slot as per my request. As a busy mom, she scored big with me. Then Lando calls me 30 minutes before arrival to let me know he was coming and if the scheduled time was still ok for me. Upon arrival, he explained everything to me including the wires, electricity etc. nothing was scratched as they hauled away the spa. They even pressure washer the area where the spa was.
