Quick response to online request. I missed the April cycle so Anne scheduled me in May. She communicated effectively and timely by email and phone. Lando and 2 crew arrived in the 3 hour timeframe provided. They worked efficiently and cleaned up everything before leaving. I'm extremely satisfied with the job (removed spa, removed electrical boxes/wiring, capped gas-line, removed heater, pump, cover, and peripherals) they did.
