I don't know what's up with all the bad reviews! I've been getting pedicures done here forever and they are always great and nice! A lot of people complain about the prices, but if you look at their prices on the menu, it tells you what their BASE price is, things do cost extra such as gel, nail design, and probably length, pay attention to the menu there are plus signs indicating there could be extra charge. Today I got a full set, and it came out to a total of 70, the add ons included the French design and the length. I think 70 is reasonable for a full set, and she did great work, very nice lady and she made me comfortable the entire time. If you think 70 is too expensive, then don't get acrylic nails because this is reasonable in comparison to a lot of nails artists/salons. read more

I asked for a new overlay of acrylic over my natural nails since the old one was due to be removed. I wanted pink and white. The gentleman at station 7 was who helped me. Firstly, he tried to cut off my natural nails to put on tips. No thanks! Then he cut open several fingers using that tool that cuts the acrylic to the correct shape. Then he left so much excess acrylic around my fingers they are so uncomfortable. He also wanted me to have my hands under the UV light for excessive amounts of time to dry the acrylic?? (Wtf?). The filing of the sides of my nails was also over done that it has destroyed their natural shape. Which took months to achieve. Lastly, he didn't even completely coat the nails with gel polish, there are many spots without it. I will never come here again. I also have to pay someone else to fix them. Thanks for the pain, wasted time, and poor service. Also wear a mask, or use a mint! Smelling your nasty breath of cigarettes bcuz of you running in and out of the back smoking while my nails were soaking. read more

Terrible! I would give 0 stars if I could. My daughter had her nails done and they were AWFUL! Asked to have them taken off and get my $75 back. I didn't even want them redone, they were THAT bad. After getting them taken off, they would only refund me $60 saying they charge $15 to take them off!!!! I was like ummm no, they had to be taken off because they were done so bad but the lady wouldn't budge so I actually went and got back the $10 tip I had given the nail person ( something I have NEVER done before) and walked out. I honestly think people are reviewing the wrong Salon here. The shop was so clean and cute. Everyone was so nice, especially my nail tech. The nicest thing was how quiet it was, despite being busy. Most shops have loud music, loud customers, or obnoxious tv. This one was so relaxing. The pricing is also reasonable. I had a janky set of acrylics coming in that they removed for me, a new set, and gel polish all for $65. I have no idea what issues other people had, again I think they're reviewing the wrong place. I want to really cute nails for Halloween and I had an idea of what I wanted. When I first went in I showed the nail tech a picture of exactly what I wanted down to the colors. But he just kept pointing to the colored gel and telling me to pick a color. I finally picked out the three colors that I wanted but I wanted two of them to be in glitter and they didn't understand that. It took a couple of people working there to finally figure out that I wanted two glitter colors. I felt like I was a hassle the whole time and they made it seem like I was making it really hard on them. Then when it came to the nail art all I wanted was stitches on one nail and drips on another nail. They rushed the nails so badly and then charged me $75 for them!! Went here yesterday for the first time for my birthday with my mother. We both got Pedis, mine came out great except my feet still aren't soft they are still rough on the heel but my mother had a AWFUL experience. First the lady took WAY TO LONG, she chemically burned my moms feet by leaving the callous remover on to long THEN we got home and her nail polish was already chipping off! It's really hit or miss with this place! Half the time I come out so thrilled with my fingernails, and sometimes (like today) I leave the salon so mad with my fingers and toes that I just take it off when I get home. The manicurist didn't file my toenails, cut my finger and caused me to bleed, didn't fill the nails all the way, yet managed to get polish and top coat all over my fingers. Nonetheless the service was great, the only part they left out was feeding me grapes hahahaha I came in during lunch time and it seems as if I brought in the crowd. I loved this place until they started charging me different prices every time I went in! For a gel manicure...first $25 then $29 then back to $25 and THEN today, $39. She had to think about it for literally 10 seconds and sized me up first. If you go here, just make sure you ask about the price first instead of after they finish the job! They tend to charge more if they think you haven't seen the price chart or if you have a nice purse/clothes. Update: in desperation, I went back today. An older man did my nails whom I have never seen there before. My nine-year-old niece could have done a better job. He was a very nice man, just did a terrible job. I wish I could give this place a negative 5 stars. I just walked out in the middle of a horrible mani/pedi. I went in with my boyfriend's sister for a girls day at the nail salon. All started out bad. Their nail color wall is a hot mess and unorganized. Seems like they went to local garage sale and got a box full of used colors and stuck em to on the wall. Then I was asked to sit in chair number 6. Taking my sandals off and put one foot in the foot bowl of HOT water. I mean super hot like I just burned myself hot. Hello it's summer and it's already over 100 out why would I want scorching hot water for my feet. Then he handed me a card with the services they offer. Figured it's summer and sandal season, I'd get the callus remover. Hmm yeah that didn't really happen. His scrubbing skills were meek. Then it was time for a salt scrub that I was excited for..... He just put it on my legs and then washed it off. No scrubbing no relaxation feeling at all. Then the hot towel came. He did remember I was sensitive to the heat so... Now it was lotion and massage time. Well yeah you probably can tell where this is going already... NO MASSAGE!!!! Paint job was blah. Nothing really to write about. Now the good part. Manicure time. He put those stupid sandals on that dont fit my feet after clearly telling him no, I want my shoes on please. Didn't happen. He sent me over to a nail chair and proceeded to use the same dirty clippers and cuticle trimmers on my nails. After requesting a clean set he was annoyed. I dont care. Well he did a horrible job filing my nails. Never have I ever seen someone file nails like he did on me. I started to double think the idea of him doing my nails. I kept letting him do my nails instead. Then he did my cuticles and 100% cut me and that's when I lost it. Insisted he stop and showed him he cut me. Instead of getting a cold towel to stop the blood he grabs my hands and says no, THATS FROM YOUR HANG NAIL I CUT OFF! Excuse me!?!?! Wow. Manager wasn't any better. After listening to them talk in their language and know I they were talking major crap about me. AGAIN THE MANAGER GRABS MY HAND AGGRESSIVELY AND THE GUY WHO CUT ME IS YELLING AT HIS MANAGER NOT IN ENGLISH... SUPER UNCOMFORTABLE. I just wanted out of there and to pay for the crapy pedicure. Then they tried to charge $28 for my upgraded pedicure. Said here is $20. I'm leaving. Now I'm sitting enjoying a Jamba Juice next door while my boyfriend's sister is finishing her nails. This used to be my favorite place when I was younger. I came back to get a pedicure in preparation for my college graduation. Worst service ever!!! Years ago they used to hand you a little color wheel with different colors for you to pick from. In the beginning we were NOT told to pick a color. So I had to get up in the middle of my pedicure after being told rudely to go pick my nail polish. The lady messed up my nails several times so the polish is bumpy. The last straw was when she MADE ME WALK BAREFOOT to the drying station, because the ONLY time she tried putting on the flimsy sandal on one foot, it messed up my right toe polish. The lady cut me at least on 6 fingers and the one on the thumb is really bad I just am hoping it doesn't get infected. She also filed the inner nail or did something that no one had ever done and it hurt really bad. I came in for Mother's Day and the place is not well ventilated and actually the worst I've smelt. My manicure was horrendous and she painted half of my nails and then continued to not actually cover anything with polish. I have been to the spa nails a few times. I was just in this morning because one of my nails started to chip. I got a gel manicure about 2 weeks ago and needed just one nail fixed. I absolutely hate this place. Got a manicure and pedicure and the guy who did my toes were actually decent. They came out nice. As for the man who did my nails, horrible horrible job. I wanted French tips on my real nails and he did white on three fourth of my nail which makes no sense at all. After he was done and I looked, there was lint on my nails which were visible because they were black. Another lady had to file them down and put a base on my nails which never fully dried when another lady had to do the white tips. After she was done, the tips came out thinner which was better but there was visible brush marks from doing the white tips and sizing it and there is still lint on my nails but on a different nail now. Overall I had to pay 90.00 for the service and I left with hatred and fucked up nails. I would've much rather done them myself . read more

I asked the lady multiple times to please make it warmer and she said "ok"but she didn't. I'm not too sure if she understood me.
