She did an amazing job on my full set. They haven't broken let alone chipped yet! I do take great care of my nails and rarely break them but often after 3-4 weeks they will have a crack or chip and these grew out beautifully. I went in to get a fill today and she did them in a timely manner. I often like to get French tip colors so today she threw on some little crystals no charge! Last time I had Kenny (not the same as Ken) for the pedicure and let me tell ya, if you want a good massage.. omg go to him. He was amazing and I'll be requesting for him next time! Overall they always do me well, priced fair, great work!

The water soak felt nice and I enjoyed the massage chair. The nail techs all speak to each other in Vietnamese. There's a lot of talking. But, they don't really talk to their clients. They also answer the phone while they are doing your nails. I think that's rude. There is no designated person at the front. It's seems like they take turns answering the phone and cashing people out. My mani was next and started with a white soup bowl of warm water with a lemon and a rose petal. All of the techs seem to work fast, their shirts covered in nail dust and dead skin. After my mani pedi, I was asked to sit for 20-minutes at a table with a built-in fan for my finger and toenails to dry. They accept credit cards for the services but tips are cash only. They have their own ATM machine so no worries there.

Set appointment so you don't have to wait like walk-ins. Observed the nail technicians prep the massage seat's foot rest with plastic liners to make you feel safe and comfortable soaking your feet in the tub. The clippers and filler used are sanitized and ripped open individually from a blue plastic. Didn't pay attention to the price of manicure but for basic pedicure, soaking feet with no soap and quick foot massage - the service fee starts at $35. If they use gel ... extra $15. It wasn't me but it was my mom who had her toenails done. They were nice enough to have me sit next to her and watch how he cuts the cuticles one at a time. The service was full one hour and more. No accidents happened like cutting the nails or dead skin. My mom is diabetic and it was very important to know that the male nail technician was very careful. I could have given a 5 star review if only some the people who work there could understand and speak a little bit more English so to have a nice conversation and be able to follow the individual instructions from the customers. Also, show and tell the first time customers how to use the massage chair. Haven't seen how they do nail art but I highly recommend this nail salon for their basic nail services. They use OPI paint. Yes! There are also male clients who come and book their nail appointments here :-) Cash and credit card accepted (no additional service fee). Clean unisex restroom. The staff is friendly, they don't pressure you in to spending any money, and you can tell that they want you to have a good experience! This time around, I got a pedicure and dip manicure. The pedicure was amazing, and the massage chairs that they have are really nice! The dip manicure was also fantastic. I didn't have access to my hands for the majority of the time, as they had to wrap my fingers in foil to remove my precious dip and tips, but I didn't mind! For a pedicure, dip/tip removal and dip manicure, I believe my total was around $75, which was very fairly priced! I would highly recommend LP!

I will have to say that when I did my manicure the woman made my bed of my nails visibly bleed. This was really concerning to me bc she was using the nail drill and she grabbed a paper towel and started wiping my blood off my nails and then the nail drill. My immediate thought was what if this happened to someone else and they had a bloodborne disease- it's just unsanitary and it's good to maybe use a lower setting or be careful with these tools. Of course this wasn't intentional and she apologized and I'm assuming they knew to fully clean the drill after they were done with me. But I did like the end result of my nails but just this bleeding scenario really freaked me out . Since my family likes coming here I might return someday and maybe give a better review but I don't know how soon that might be considering today
