Michelle is absolutely wonderful. Her massages are incredibly relaxing, and I always leave feeling refreshed, rejuvenated, and like I've truly had a chance to unwind. I also had my very first facial with Rachel during this visit, and WOW -- she was amazing! She made the entire experience so relaxing and enjoyable, and my skin felt absolutely incredible afterward. I will definitely be adding facials with Rachel to my self-care routine! One of my favorite things about Wild Berry Tea Spa is that it truly feels like a one-stop shop for pampering and self-care. Being able to have an amazing massage AND facial in the same visit is such a treat. And I have to mention the room-side tea and desserts -- I LOVE this touch! There's something so luxurious about relaxing after your service with tea and a sweet treat brought right to your room. My fiance sprained his ankle really bad while running and the one his father bought just wasn't comfortable so that is why we were ankle brace hunting. We found one that looked similar to the one he wanted because it has the laces so we bought it. The cashier was nice and friendly. The store was well-stocked, clean and ready for the holidays. I passed by a section where they were selling the local high school's attire: Sweaters, T-shirts, jackets. I thought that was pretty school as I never seen any walgreens sell the local high school's attire. It's funny how I went to one of those high schools. Feel so old now.

I don't know what has been happening in the last few months with this pharmacy. On 10/27/26 my ophthalmologist order drops for me and the Pharmacist that was there which I had not seen before, decided she was not going to give me the prescribed medication because she didn't agree it was adequate?? And then started asking me if I was still sick and having symptoms...are you kidding me??!! My eyes are killing me and you decide you don't agree with my ophthalmologist order and start questioning my symptoms?? I went to my ophthalmologist the next day and they sent the prescription to Publix pharmacy. I am getting fed up and strongly considering changing all 6 household family members to Publix pharmacy. A pharmacist should not questions patients symptoms or ask them if they are really sick after they just saw their Specialist for the sickness. So whoever that Pharmacist was working on 10/27/26 around 6pm should be counseled about questioning patient's sickness this way and deciding not to give prescription because she doesn't agree. I don't care if you don't agree, give me the medication and let me deal with the rest.

If you do try here and can't get your rx filled, you will not be able to transfer it because the other pharmacy will not be able to get a hold of any one. Avoid this pharmacy location, no one answers the phone. Terrible customer service at the counter trying to get things sorted out. I ended up needing to call the doctor's office back and asking them to resend the rx to a different pharmacy in the area at the Publix pharmacists suggestion.

The pharmacy is a bit of a nightmare experience. Don't do the drive thru. Just don't. You can't hear a word they're saying and for some reason they can't seem to fix the speaker. It's horrible and frustrating for everyone. Twice I've gone and they wouldn't help me because it was close to lunch time. My husband has a bad experience almost every single time he tries to get his prescriptions. If you walk in to get your prescriptions, it's at least a less irritating experience. They're nice, don't get me wrong, but it's just always an ordeal with so many people using this pharmacy.

The staff always seems friendly but sometimes the registers are not staffed and you have to wait for someone. They do offer a lot of discounts if you have a Walgreens card. I have found that their sale items are still typically on the shelf which is nice. I don't run into issues with them being gone the first day of the sale. I have had a number of issues with the pharmacy in this store. On a number of occasions they have not had my medicine in stock. They can typically get it in 24 hours, but one time I called and they said it wasn't there. However, they tried to transfer me to a different location in an effort to find it somewhere else and I got reverted back to them. When I talked to someone else they discovered that the medicine was in and it just hadn't been entered into stock. Even though it worked out they should have been the ones to call and try to find the medicine rather than having me call all over town. I do continue to use the pharmacy because of the convenience.

At this point the register girl walks around end of aisle and says "excuse me" I responded. Its alittle ridiculous someone is needed to be found to check out. Her response. Yea we have work to do... And Ida a pharmacist and then they have other people there that I asked about and they usually contact me on messenger or my phone number Cell phone they would say your medication's is ready and I call him and they tell me what medication's are ready my doctor said February 10, 2026 he sent over the E script for the hydrocodone 10 325 and then when I went today on 17 March, they said that they didn't fulfill my prescriptions like they should 17 days later. It's against the law the withhold medication I went in on March 9, 2027 for an anxiety pill a narcotic for my MRI and then I went in on 10 March 2026 for another narcotic for MRI that they never happened and that it's this commentated over there. A lot of people in line a lot of people here and there but they know me for four years every month. I asked them about my Alco on 10th 325 I can't believe it. Making an excuse as they are they made a mistake and it cost me. What are they gonna do for the 17 days that I met my medication I'm acting. I had to go to my primary doctor in Emed Primary and they told me today 17th of March 2026. They sent it over February 10, 2026 because I picked my January 1, 2026 they're supposed to be ready by February 1, 2026. I've been there in there three or four times that first week in part of the second week. Gotta be a shame of themselves. That's why I gave them this review. It's discombobulated need people knowledgeable that do the computer work in the E script that the doctor sent over they have enough nerve to not ask when I asked them. Do I have any other medication's on the patient and a parent? my next step will be contacting Walgreens boots, alliance who's the owner of Walgreens pharmacies I have connections.
