This place lost one bag of my clothes and they are insisting I should look thru my.closers or drawers because they dont have it. I gave them 3 bags of clothes one was blankets the second bag was sheets and the third bag was my clothes. Whoever runs that is a terrible person who doesnt listen to anything im saying. I wanted to talk to the owner but he is never there and she claims when they brought back my clean sheets and blankets in was in 2 bags. This place is ok. After dealing with some BS from The Laundry Room, this place is way better in comparison. When I first sent them my laundry my total only came out to 30 dollars. I thought, "wow, cool that's how much I pay to do one load at that crummy place across the street anyway." So I started sending them more, of course the price goes up with the weight but I think in total I've saved more just having them washed professionally. I'm gonna miss having my clothes washed, and folded for me as I am moving to an apartment complex with a laundry room. But if you're stuck living with a crazy landlord with no laundry hookup- give these people a call. The lady on the phone sounds a bit grumpy but meh, I'd be miffed if I had to look at peoples dirty clothes too. read more

Spa Laundries is consistent, picks up quickly and always returns my laundry same day. Every employee I have ever interacted with (phone, driver, email) has always been prompt, knowledgeable and kind. This is a lot more than I can say for most other places- many make you wait a few days for laundry turnaround and are slow to help you. Spa laundries may cost a bit more, but it is definitely worth it for the same day service, friendly employees and quick turn around on laundry. read more

A god send! I am a single mom who works full time and the key to happiness is outsourcing! Doing laundry would suck up all of my Sunday. Dragging heavy bags to laundromats in the mornings is hard when I have meetings and if I don't get there in time, I won't have it until the next day - but spa laundries isn't like that. The drivers come to you in the morning (I've called at 9 and they've picked up that same day!) and by dinnertime I have my clothes back all folded and fresh! They even make sure to put a liner in the bag so the clean clothes don't touch the dirty bag! And they take PayPal so if you don't have cash or aren't home when they come by it's not another worry. The drivers are all super nice too. So glad I found this place! read more

I tried out spa laundries for the first time on Sunday. I'm pregnant, so it's hard for me to carry the bag and do it myself lately. I am so impressed not only with the customer service, but with the service as a whole. The pickup and delivery is so easy. The women in the office are so nice, and my laundry came back folded perfectly and smelling amazing. It wasn't even expensive either! So glad I came across this service! Thanks guys! read more

This was the second time I used this place and it was a horror the first time everything was good. This time they told me cash only they never picked up my clothes. They never dropped off my clothes ! They never called me ! when I called the gentleman I spoke to was very rude and nasty to me horrible customer service. He hung up on me and hung up on my boyfriend. Also, they said they were going to send me an invoice so I can pay online like I did the first time they never called me to tell me that it was cash only ! They sent me an invoice I was going to pay and then they canceled it and when I called them, a lady answered and said she was an answering service that she couldn't do a new invoice for me to pay so I can get my clothes ,this morning they called I paid the invoice and got my Laundry . Just horrible customer service. They lost a loyal great customer! I will never use them again.don't recommend them ! I wouldn't even give them one star but I had to ! read more

Not a fan of the place. At all. Spoke to a woman very nice lady. I sent out nearly 30 lbs of laundry and asked the woman specifically if I send out more than 20 lbs is it ok if my roommates laundry is less? She told me it will be fine as long as I have 20lbs going out. And I said "we can keep it seperate as well? She told me yes. Now I call to get the price and poundages and a guy answers the phone who said he was the supervisor and tells me $29.50 for my laundry and $22.00 for my roommates!!! And refused to give me the poundages... And mind you my roomate sent out less than 10 lbs!!! We know this because we send the same clothes out every week and usually use a different place... He was arrogant and I told him what the lady earlier told me. His specific words were "I don't care what she told you earlier. It's a 20 lb minimum on each and a $2 delivery fee on both!!! He was very rude and told me "This is what I it is" see you at 5!!! Safe to say, I will NEVER use this place again... btw no poundages written on either one of our tags... if I could give them zero stars I would... Smh read more

if you have a ton of laundry and you just need it done , yes out of desperation and because you have money to blow ..do so ,,but will your whites be sparkling white NO and will your clothes have a great smell NO ..I use them when im overwhelmed and just want to get my clothes cleaned but i am not a thrilled customer .. looking elsewhere now read more

Spa Laundry, unapologetically, did not return, not one but two pairs of pants! Then goes on to entail how the wash and fold agent - just, just happens to be the same size as the lost pants. Things that make you go - hmmm. Not once did they offer to comp nor institute any kind of customer service. This is what happens when sending clothes out to a place, whom - then most likely pays below minimum wage. The employees steal clothes while the supervisor make excuses and opts out of consumer loyalty. Take your business elsewhere! read more
