Unfortunately, my most recent experience was nothing short of disappointing. I brought in a dress that simply needed the shoulder pads removed and a thorough pressing. I arrived on the agreed-upon pickup date, only to find my garment not hanging with the freshly pressed items, but rather sitting by the sewing machine. When the attendant handed it over, she assured me it had been pressed, yet the dress was visibly wrinkled, especially around the area where the shoulder pads had been removed. It was clear that the pressing had either been done hastily or not at all. I pointed out the wrinkles on the spot, but she insisted repeatedly that it had been pressed. I couldn't help but feel dismissed as I stood there, holding a dress that looked far from finished. I was charged $28 for the removal of the shoulder pads and the pressing. For a garment that came back looking more crumpled than when I dropped it off. I hope this was an off day, but based on this experience, I would hesitate to return or recommend their services for anything beyond the most basic of tasks.

I brought my Husbands shirt back because they cracked all the buttons on the sleeves, the second time in a row the first time I fixed it myself the second time I asked for their assistance, the nasty woman had the nerve to hand me a bill for $16 to sew back buttons that they broke. I find it incredible that they're willing to lose a good customer for $16. She was so dismissive and I was in shock. I told her I've been coming there for 20 years and she brushed me off and was yelling at that she didn't care. What a shame, the people who owned the businesses prior to them were lovely. As a weekly customer with dress shirts and dry cleaning weekly without ever bringing an issue to their attention, I was disappointed. We have had a few hiccups like missing items, or had been given the wrong shirt returned to us here and there. Never made a big deal out of it, but this woman just flew off the handle. I cannot imagine with her sparkling personality she'll be in business long. I would stay away from this place and encourage others to do the same.
