However, the good glove made of better materials had soft fingers, and the bad glove with metal plates, was always getting pierced and constantly had to be resewn. I needed a taylor to combine these two gloves into one that has best of two worlds, and Tina has done the job! Whenever I get more metal plates, I will surely go to her again to have a spare. Once you go in there a few times you do not even need your ticket for pickup. He sees you walk in and he remembers your names and grabs your stuff. Thoroughly impressed with all of my alterations. Every suit that I get off the rack goes there to get worked on. Much better than any other place on the island that I have used. They understand the versions styles of men's suits and the way things are supposed to fit. Most other places act like men's suit styles stopped in a 1940s mob movie. This guy can make an off-the-rack suit look bespoke. Highly recommend this place.

He told me to come at 5pm on the date I requested. I came at 4:36pm and it seemed like he couldn't find my items. Then he looks at the bottom of my receipt and says to come back at 5. I come back at 530. He acted like he didn't remember me coming in a hour ago. I give him my name. He goes to the back of the store for a little over 5 minutes and returns with my garments. Something told me to inspect them before I left and I should have. He never dry cleaned the clothing. The suit jacket smelled exactly how it did when I dropped it off. He pressed the garments, put a plastic sheet over them and handed it to me as if it were dry cleaned. I should have listened to my intuition. This business clearly lacks integrity. It's one thing to forget to clean someone's clothes and admit to it, and it's another to pretend that you did, charge them and take their money when you actually didn't clean them. Extremely untrustworthy and I won't ever go back in there again and advise others to follow suit.
