The first few times I used this laundrymat the clothes smelled so good, I don't know if they cut back on the detergent or what but everything comes back smelly musty and just not clean. As if they just washed it with water and no soap. It's gross.. maybe they have to clean their machine? I also have been having issues with items gone missing, one time they couldn't find and entire laundry bag of my clothes!! crazy but I still gave them another try.. this will be the last time. I was missing more items on my last pick up and I can't afford to lose any more. Do not go here read more

I've been coming here for over two years, and drop off laundry weekly. I used to go out of my way to come here. I don't know who they hired or what budget they're on, but the last 3 loads have had a fabric softener residue on them creating severe rashes, and don't have the clean laundry detergent smell anymore. They also don't check labels and have ruined and shrunk multiple items---again all in the last couple of months. We've had to rewash so many clothes, it's a waste of money. Yelp doesn't allow 0 stars. Our usual place closed so we had to find another one to use for drop-off. This laundromat is 2 blocks away from the old place so we figured why not. Used them a total of three times. First two times were fine. Third time...went to go pick up the laundry according to the time on the ticket. Can't find the bag...how do you misplace 32lbs of laundry?! Woman tells me this has never happened before and that they will check the cameras. (How do you say that to a customer?) I tell them I expect a call back and I will be back later in the day after work. Get a call 35 minutes later saying they found the bag and the laundry was never done from when I initially dropped it off. Go to pick up the laundry and come home with it. Half the bag was other people's clothes. My wife's clothes were fine. I lost a lot of socks, underwear and I'm pretty sure I lost one t-shirt. Inexcusable. read more

I've been coming to this laundromat for over 2 years now. To begin: There is ample parking, especially since the Rent A Center closed down now. They're open 24 hours and their workers wash round the clock. It's clean. Very clean. Even the bathroom is clean. There are 2 XL washers where I can wash everything from my clothes, my son's clothes, bedsheets, towels & a full-sized comforter at the same time. Yes, it's that's big. Those are $8.99. There are small washers for $2.99, then $4.99 , then $6.99 (the ones I use the most). Their dryers are 35¢ for 8 minutes, then there are about 8 XL dryers for 75¢ for 8 minutes. You can purchase/refill your laundry card either with cash or MC/Visa credit/debit card. They let you pay for the soap and such that they sell behind the counter with the laundry card, as well. I've only ever dropped my clothes off a handful of times. You tell them when you want it and they're honest about whether or not they can do it. You can prepay or pay when you pick up. They send out a text message when it's ready, which is convenient so you don't have to play the guessing game. My only gripes: Not enough seating. Plenty of carts, plenty of folding tables. Only about 11 seats altogether. You have to pay to use the bathroom. Insert your card, wait for the buzz. To this day, I can never catch how much it takes, actually. I'll have to see if I can amend this review at a later date whenever I find that out. The staff is friendly. They're very pleasant and they greet you even if you're not a regular. Fight that Forest Avenue traffic and make your way to this laundromat. But maybe don't or else it might start getting overcrowded! LOL read more

Dropped off my laundry here a few times and each time it was returned with items missing; newer shirts and pants, mind you, not small items like socks. Also they seem to use the least amount of detergent as possible because the clothes return without a fresh scent, instead smell like lightly worn clothes and are sometimes itchy. If you want to waste your hard earned money, come here. Clothes are also sloppily folded but I let that slide considering the other major problems with their service. read more

there's always enough room when you go wash your clothes, although it's tricky when you want a cart. people come in loads so there's sometimes like two or three spare carts but you have to be quick in getting them. everyone's friendly and the machines wash good. It just seems like it takes forever to wash clothes because of how crowded it can get. I looked up on google to see when they were the busiest and I thought I would've avoided the time but it's almost always busy here. read more

This is probably one of the worst laundromats of all time. Over priced, dirty, and the girl at the counter was one of the nastiest people I've ever encountered. Offered 0 help and when I made a mistake on the machine, instead of inserting the key and restarting the wash, she had me finish and pay for a whole new wash in a different machine so I wound up paying double. Asked for a small plastic bag and she tried to charge me two dollars for it after I just saw her give someone else a bag for free. DO NOT BRING YOUR BUSINESS HERE!! read more

I was dropping off my laundry here for about two years, same amount about 15 to 20 lbs. Every time the girl would ask me separate (colored / white) clothing and I thought that was the norm. They charged me $2 extra every time for separation. My daughter happened to be in there doing her wash herself when she spotted the girl who works there dumping all of my clothing in one machine. ( My daughter knew our laundry bag) She confronted the girl and it was my laundry and she told them my father pays you $2 extra for separation, and she said the load was small so she put it all in one machine....I have been there and left my phone number over 20 times for the owner who is never there when I get there and he still hasn't called....I have saved over 40 receipts and I want my Money that I was cheated out of back..... read more

The worse place to wash your clothes the laundry bins smell like mildew and moth balls and mold. I put my laundry in the only washer that didn't smell like this and put my detergent in getting ready to wash and notice there was a significant amount the fabric softener left from the person who washed before. I told the laundry attendant with the tattoos this and she told me I had to check the washer first before I washed and she handed me a turkey baster to get it out because it's my job as patron to do her job. All the other washers smelled this was the only one that smelled halfway decent. My clothes came out smelling like chemicals mold softener that stunk like moth balls. I had no other choice but to wash my clothes again so with there 2.99 wash 2 loads and then rewash another time in a different washer that was 5.99 I called her over and asked who the owner was that I was not happy with the outcome here what's the next best thing to do she said that I should buy a washer machine for my home. She could of at least offered a solution maybe crediting me for the second wash. I will never recommend this place to anyone and I am telling my friends how I got treated and I will never come back again! I wish I could give this zero stars but yelp won't let me!
