I went here after I saw an ad that they were offering $40.00 one-hour massages as per of their grand opening, right next to my gym. Overall experience: the massage room (and entire place) was extremely clean. The woman who massaged me was professional. The massage itself was good, and incorporated techniques such as Swedish massage, hot stone massage, and some Asian massage techniques including stretching. The massage table was different from typical American massage tables, but I found it to be quite comfortable. My only complaint was the massage was a bit too deep at times. Also, bring cash for a tip - you can't tip on a card regardless of the service you receive (haircuts, nail services, etc). Update: since this post, I have gone back and, while the place is clean, I thought the massage was just ok. I realized the women who give the massages are very hard working but not licensed, allowing for the cost of the massages to be so low, and the shower rooms are a little off putting though I've never used them. read more

This is my first review on Yelp I felt I needed to provide feedback on my experience there. I had a gel fill with two nails that needed to be repaired. The price list says $35 for a fill. To my surprise that does not include gel nail polish which added $10 in addition to an extra $5 to fix 2 nails. Never have I ever been charged an extra $10 for gel polish with a fill. When I questioned what was my other option versus gel I was told that was the best option over nail polish with chip quickly when I sat down I wasn't even offered to look at anything--but gel polish. So if you have at least 60 bucks to spend on your nails go for it. read more

Best massage ever! Stacy's massage was hands down the best, there wasn't anything she missed from my face, ears, toes, deep tissue massage , then oil then hot stones! I decided to also have "Korean cupping" done, my neck has always been very tight and Stacy suggested this as an additional treatment, it was uncomfortable, looking forward to the results this will bring. I gave a 1 star only because Fiona did a fantastic job on my eyebrows. I visited this establishment on July 21st. It was a last stop before I headed to airport for vacation. I went in only needing gel polish on my toes, and gel color change on my nails. There was a female who started my toes and a male finished it up and started on my nails. When checking out they charged me $70. NO PEDICURE, NO FILL, JUST GEL POLISH ON TOES AND COLOR CHANGE ON NAILS. This is also with a 20% special. The guy that did my nails fought me on the price, another worker there said she thought the price was overpriced and that she will speak to the manager for a refund. This was 3 weeks ago. I had no time to argue as I was heading to prepare for my flight. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS FACILITY. I WAS PRE WARNED AND TOOK A CHANCE ANYWAY. NEVER AGAIN unless it's to see Fiona for my eyebrows. My friend and I booked two appointments days in advance for powder manicures. We expected to spend and hour and that we would have our nails done at the same time. Boy, were we wrong. They only had one person available and it took her over two hours to finish our nails. They were not even busy. This cause us to cancel other plans as we never expected be there that long. I expressed my frustration with the situation but they did not seemed concerned and did not offer any discount knowing this was our first time there. After all that time my manicure was uneven, I was cut by the cuticle trimmers and the polish does not cover my whole nail. Maybe if the manicure was done correctly I could have excused the time issue. But when you need to have them redone and it took two hours hours I feel the need to warn others not to waste their time or money here. read more

So we decided to try this new nail salon just for a manicure. My daughter had Linda and she had a great manicure! Myself had a gentleman who smelled like a ashtray. He cut my cuticles and made them bleed. He painted my nails and didn't cover the whole nail. Unfortunate I had left my glasses at home otherwise I would have said something. Very uneven polish also. Disturbingly expensive and very disappointing. A $145 surprise price tag for a not so decent french manicure, an uncomfortable chair massage and an ok pedicure. My girlfriend's nail fell off the next day. Quality of the manicure had quite a lot of bubbles. Not even close to getting it right. They wouldn't even fix the nail they messed up on (following day). Supposedly they were overbooked but after calling, were gladly taking customers that wanted a full set. Glad I left a tiny tip! This recommendation was from a highly prominent lawyer?! Don't waste your hard earned money. They have a hair salon but no actual hairdressers. The young lady who cut, not trimmed my hair, was not experienced at all. If I could give one star I would. The salon itself is very nice and clean but they do not know how to do nails at all. The first time I went there the guy who did my nails did a terrible job. I had UV gel refill. I realized after they dried the nails were not smooth at all. I complained and an older lady tried to fix them. She made it worse and The gentleman came over because he realized that something was wrong. He attempted to fix the nails but they were still not smooth I was so over it. I came back to the salon about three days later because the nail polish on one of the nails was completely chipped off. They try to fix my nails once again they made it worse the nails are still not smooth and full of ridges. I will never go back to this place and I recommend you don't either.
