I purchased an Endless Pool from Spa Depot three years ago. The Pool had a treadmill in it and jets in the back along a resistance feature. So let's see it is June 13th , their technician came out on the 29 th of May ($75.00 fee) . He was here maybe 15 mins , ( we have a cracked pipe underneath ) told us he would be back the following day . We got our friends to help put the hot tub on its side that evening and here we 15 DAYS later , no technician , no phone call and out $75.00 . That's not a way to run a business . Steve provided exceptional service throughout the selection and installation of our hot tub. He worked with the electricians and trades to obtain the necessary building permits, patiently helped us to submit detailed drawings necessary for HOA approval. He guided us through maintenance and answered many, many phone calls and questions. We could not have done this so quickly, from idea to install, in such a short time without his assistance. Allie was our sales rep when we bought our spa. We bought a larger model than we'd originally contemplated, and turns out it is the perfect size for a family and allows a few extra spots for friends. We've had the spa over a year now and we love it and use it a lot. Our teen kids have their friends over and it's where everyone congregates. We bought one of those small electronic projectors and a portable bluetooth speaker at Frys Electronics. The projector connects to our home Wifi and thus to our cable. We watch Netflix movies, TV shows and the news from the hot tub, using the hot tub cover as the "screen" (it pops up vertically, and it is the perfect movie screen). Can't say enough good things about Allie. She was an honest and non-pushy sales rep who helped us throughout the purchase process, the installation and delivery. Everything she told us about the spa has proved to be accurate. She has continued to provide supplies for us and is available every time we call asking a question about how to balance the chemicals, why the water seems off a bit, etc. Couldn't ask for better customer service. She goes way above and beyond the normal call of duty. read more

This is the second spa we have purchased from Spa Depot of Utah. The reason we stayed with Scott Call is that we KNOW that we are getting the best spa at the best price, and more importantly that Scott and his team know what they are doing. They carry spa's that last a LONG time (ours lasted 15 years thanks to his team and their maintenance). They teach you how to maintain the spa properly, and need very little chemicals to keep clean. They carry spas that have all the bells and whistles you could want in a spa. They will also maintain the spa at a reasonable cost so you never have to worry about it. Met with Scott and several other Spa vendors to determine what the best spa option would be for us at our new vacation home. We first initially when to his office and looked at a couple of spa's and then made an appointment with him to come to our place and see what was our spa options for the rooftop. We decided to go with the Prodigy from Hot Springs and we negotiated an "all inclusive" price and we were definitely pleased. Scott was very professional, gave us a very fair price, and he included quite of bit of incidentals which were complimentary. My wife was there when the installation was done and everything was seamless. Scott went over all of the procedures and instructions on how to use the spa with my wife. He was willing to meet me as well when I arrived to show me how to use it, but my wife was able to teach me. Ever since the spa was installed, we've been using it every day and loving it every evening. There are no exposed wires, everything was hidden and done neatly and even had more space than we thought. My wife and I definitely recommend Scott for purchasing a new Spa, maintenance, servicing, or purchasing accessories. read more

My hot tub arrived from storage from out of state in an unusable condition. It was disgusting, moldy, dirty with unseen grime in the pipes which came out once filled and turned on. The guys from Spa Depot carefully positioned it to its new home and then started the task of making it usable. Forrest in particular did an excellent job and within two days i was enjoying my hot tub again which looks like new. We will definitely be using these guys again when the need arises, great service and I feel they are making sure to keep their customers happy. read more

Scott was helpful, honest and fair when we purchased our hot tub, however Spa Depot maintains our tub on a weekly basis and the service is awful, absolutely terrible. We live out of state and rent our place and we depend on Spa Depot to service the tub weekly and they do not. We have received several calls from the management company complaining that the tub is 60 degrees and has a smell to it! When we phone Spa Depot and explain they NEVER call back. This is the first negative review I have ever written but I believe you need to know this. Scott does not deserve your hard earned money, give it to a business that truly services their customers and are there after the sale. You may ask why we are still with Spa Depot, it is difficult to make a change in the middle of the season, but we will do so as soon as feasible. Happy Hot Tub! read more
