I've been following her for awhile on IG and finally decided to book an appointment for my sister and I. Seriously couldn't be happier with her work and the results. Getting ready for work is a breeze! And I feel less self conscious about going to the gym in the mornings since my face comes with brows now! read more

This is the second year getting my eyebrows done by Sharon. This time around I had my appointment booked 6 months in advance and I had a flight booked same day of my appointment! I called a week before my appointment and the receptionist informed me there was nothing I can do but reschedule. Luckily Sharon called back and filled me in a week earlier . That was awesome considering her full schedule. My brows are a great shape and perfect considering i am always traveling and on the go. This service is definitely a life saver for those who struggle drawing in perfect/even eyebrows (ME). Btw, parking lots will claim they will tow after an hour, please cross check with the security first because they usually DO NOT. read more

Here's my update on my brows: Had my yearly retouch today. Sharon was her usual beautiful self and got right to work. What an artist! I can't say enough about how wonderful it is to jump out of bed and get on with life with my face already in place! I can't understand all the poor reviews! Sharon is patient, professional, and a master at what she does. If you want an artist, take the time to listen to Sharon's advice. She really knows shapes and colors and despite what you think is the best for you, she knows better! I wouldn't try to change the oil in my car, I leave that to a professional. Same with my brows. THANK YOU SHARON!!! read more

I originally booked Sharon in 2015 for the beginning of 2016 after much research and great results from friends and friends of friends. Due to my sudden hospitalization in 2016, I had to cancel my appointment. Sharon was not only understanding of the situation, she also refunded my deposit due to the circumstances. (I ended up being hospitalized for a year so it was pretty serious.) Anyhow, fast forward to 2017 and 2018--I've been looking at her IG account from time to time and fell in love with Helena's work. Helena had an appointment available for Saturday so I jumped at the opportunity though I was still anxious and hesitant because semipermanent eyebrows is still semipermanent! Upon arrival, I was greeted by Helena and asked if I wanted anything to drink. She went over everything before proceeding and I felt a little more at ease. She's very professional and easy to talk to. Her initial drawing for my face shape was a bit too thick for what I'm used to because my eyebrows are normally a little thin. She explained to me that thicker makes you look younger without being pushy, but reassured me that if I wanted it a little thinner she would adjust what she drew until I was completely happy with it before the procedure. She made me feel so comfortable, explained what she was doing throughout the procedure, and asked several times how I was feeling so she could either numb me more if I was too uncomfortable or continue with the procedure. After everything I've gone through and the numerous tattoos I have, this was a walk in the park in comparison. Yes, it's a little uncomfortable because you're getting a semipermanent procedure done, but nothing unbearable. I'll be back for a touch up because my skin didn't take the ink well, but I'm so in love with them now that I've gotten used to them! I can't wait to go back! I highly recommend Helena! read more

My sister recommended Sharon to me and I am so happy she did. Now that I have my brows semi tattooed by Sharon and her assistant Helena, I don't worry about filling them in every morning. There are times, where I fill them in to enhance the color and shape but only for special occasions. The process started with Sharon asking me for a picture of an ideal brow look. I didn't really have a preference so she drew two eyebrow shapes for me to choose from. Both shapes were similar to my original eyebrow drawing... but BETTER! Overall, the procedure was a bit painful to me but I think it's because my pain tolerance is really low. Sharon outlined the shape and the assistant Helena filled them in. It took about 1.5 hours for completion! Today, I am going into the shop for a retouch with Helena. I am looking forward to it because I understand semi soft touch tattoos requires a 2-step procedure for outstanding results. read more

I was referred to Sharon by a good friend of mine who's eyebrows look amazing! I was a little sad to hear that Sharon was booked until the end of year but I called anyways and spoke to Sharon herself in which she told me to stop by her shop for a consultation. Sharon looked at my existing eyebrows that I had tattooed about 6 years ago and she let me know exactly what she would need to do to correct it. She opened up her appointment book and let me know that she had a cancellation and she would put me in that spot! No 3 month wait for me! I got my eyebrows done by Sharon just yesterday and I am very happy with her work! The shape she drew for me was exactly what I wanted and she even sent me home with a toy for my son. I will be referring her to all of my friends that want their eyebrows to look pretty! read more

Let's see... where do I begin!? I found this person by Instagram over a year ago. I waited several months for my appointment and when I arrived they did not want to let me sit and wait for my appointment inside even though I was only 10 minutes early so they asked me to leave and come back. Unfortunately I hit traffic after coming back from the bank because they said they wanted cash and when I got back they complained that I was late. I sat there and waited an additional 15 minutes to be seen or addressed. They did offer water which was nice. When Sharon sat me in her special chair, she made me feel like I was a nuisance like she was giving me a free service or something. In all fairness maybe she does not mean to come off prissy and stuck up but I was very uncomfortable and did not feel that she was a friendly person to be providing a service that deals with people. I felt pressured, insecure, and uncomfortable. She drew my eyebrows crooked and when I pointed it out she gave me the look of death but after several attempts she finally recognized it and fixed it with a very bad attitude as if she was insulted and I was out of line for correcting something that would be semi-permanently on my own face. I continued to have a very nice attitude toward her and kissed her ass the entire time but it literally made my skin crawl. She tattooed my brows probably as roughly as she could because I was bleeding and pussing atrociously to the point where she could not take a picture afterwards. I pointed out that she did one side lighter and the other side darker and instead of darkening the lighter side she darkened the darker side leaving them uneven. She had raised her price $200 from the time she quoted me a few months earlier which I was not happy about bur still paid it. I scheduled my follow-up appointment she charged me $50 to make the appointment and quoted me 270. A year later I come to find out she raised her price $200 again and when I asked to reschedule my appointment for a week later because i couldnt get out of work, she charged an extra $150 just for rescheduling. I told them I will not reschedule and that I will swing by and pick up my $50 deposit at which time she told me they do not do refunds on deposits. She gets a lot of Instagram traffic because of how well the photos look and she is seems to get decent feedback from people who have some kind of status. Im just a standard girl on a midclass budget and I did not get any special treatment like what these 5 Star reviews reflected. I actually was not going to leave a bad review last year when I had gone through this incident because I figured maybe this was just her personality and people were just being really harsh. I had Yelp open for two hours debating whether or not I should give her the star that I felt that she deserved and after reading all of her other ones Stars I knew exactly what they were talking about. In a way i wanted to give her the benefit of the doubt but when I called to reschedule my appointment and was was told it would be over $800+ just for a yearly touch up, because in few days or one week my eyebrows would fade even more causing the need for more than just a touch up, that just iced the cake for me. It is greed. She feels that she can overcharge people because of her Instagram success but in reality there are so many other people who actually deserve these top-dollar fees from much better, qualified, friendly service providers. My eyebrows faded almost immediately. Maybe she uses ink that fades quickly so that she can tell you at your yearly check up that the touch up for 450 is not enough and you need a full new set of brand new brows for $800+. By next year she might be charging the price of a new car lol. Not going to bash her. Maybe she is genuinely a nice person although she does not come off nice or genuine. I am only sharing my experience and do not intend for this to ruin anyone's business but you must enter at your own risk and whatever you do - do not cancel or reschedule your appointment or you will be charged a ridiculous fee for it. And don't be afraid to lose your deposit. I told her I would rather lose my deposit than ever go back to her office again to be robbed blind. When I find another provider, I will share. read more

Sharon's customer service is very bad if you look at everyone else's reviews no one with 5 stars has any votes on it whereas everyone with a 1 star review have many "useful" votes. If you plan on going to her to get your eyebrows done then expect to be given attitude. I was hesitant on posting a review but I couldn't let her get away with how she treated me. Before I got my brows tattooed she put numbing spray on my brows. I expected the numbing spray to work since Sharon kept telling me that it's a new formula and I wouldn't feel any pain. However, when the process of tattooing starting I was in so much pain. Sharon kept getting mad at me for being in pain and kept saying that her numbing spray is new and I shouldn't be in pain. I don't understand why the client is getting yelled at when everyone's pain tolerance and skin type is different. She was in no place to get angry at me and because of this she stopped my session early. Sharon told me to get up even when my eyebrows were dripping down with blood. Her assistant said that there wasn't much work left to finish my brows, but Sharon kicked me out of her shop anyways. If a customer is willing to pay $700+ or 800+(whatever her risen prices are now plus down payment), shouldn't be yelled at or kicked out by a so-called "professional" owner. Also, expect Sharon to make the final call on your eyebrows even when it doesn't please you and when one brow is higher than the other. read more

I couldn't have asked for a better experience with HELENA. I read the yelp reviews beforehand and was skeptical of the lack of customer service etiquette but Helena gives Spa By Mode a good reputation. I arrived early to my appointment and Helena couldn't have been more warm and welcoming. She greeted me immediately and offered me a seat and water while I filled out the new patient form. After I completed the form, I was seated right away and Helena began working on my brows. She was very conscious of my time and did not make me wait for my appointment. I was told over the phone that this is like a Dr's office and I should expect to wait 1 hour or more (are you kidding me, why make an appointment then?!). Thank goodness Helena is punctual and mindful of her client's time. She asked me what shape I liked and I showed her a picture and she started to draw in my brows. After she finished, she asked me if I liked it and I told her what I wanted changed and she couldn't have been more agreeable and accommodating. She edited my brows a few times before starting the tattoo. She numbed my brows and got started right away. She listened to all my concerns and followed all my requests - darker and fuller brows. She didn't argue with me about the shape I wanted and didn't mind redrawing the shape. She made sure I was comfortable with the shape before she started the tattoo. I have gotten my brows tattooed several times before and dealt with artists who are snooty and refuse to redraw the shape or accommodate to your concerns because they think they are too good to listen to their clients. They will throw remarks like your face is uneven or that shape doesn't fit your face and I refuse to redraw it. Helena is not like this at all!! She is so sweet and friendly, she will not intimidate you into doing anything you don't feel comfortable with. Throughout the whole process, she kept asking if I wanted water, explained what she was doing and asked how I was doing. She is so humble and down to earth, it's so easy to talk and work with her. Most importantly, you can tell she genuinely appreciates your business and you are not just a number to her. I couldn't have been more pleased with the shape and color. The color barely faded after my brows healed and there weren't any missing spots which means she did a really thorough job. She asked me to come in for a touch up but I really didn't see a need since they looked really good already. I decided to still go in and she did a great quick touch up and I'm glad I came in. I got to know her better and she is such a sweet person. Really genuine and no attitude at all which is hard to find these days. Book with Helena and you won't regret it. She's professional, doesn't have attitude, respectful, humble and has great customer service. Again this recommendation is solely for HELENA. read more

*No stars if possible* CON ARTIST ALERT - I HAD TO HAVE BANK OF AMERICA AND VISA FILE A FRAUD CLAIM TO GET MY MONEY BACK - PLEASE READ BEFORE PUTTING $100 DEPOSIT (ALL WITHIN 48 BUSINESS HOURS OF COLLECTING MY MONEY) I contacted Spa By Mode on 07/12/2016 to schedule an eyebrow appointment. I was in awe by Sharon's (the Owner) work posted on Instagram and decided to move forward. I spoke with Ti (sp?) whom answered the phone and made the appointment for 365+ days from now (June 30, 2017) The cost was $800 total and required $100 deposit. I need to state that Ti did not disclose that the deposit was non refundable under ANY circumstances. I shortly called the office back after a few hours to see if I could change my appointment to a sooner date with the Junior Specialist Helena in October 2016 (which Ti did say was available in my initial call). This time I had spoken with Sharon directly. I was excited that I was able to speak with her directly, in midst of our conversation and a few additional questions, I had to pick up my one month old crying baby and she happened to ask if I was breastfeeding (BF). I confirmed yes that I am BF and she advised I wait a few months after I was done BF to have my eyebrows done. She advised that I consult with my doctor, I agreed. I did also mention that I have cervical cancer and would also consult with Oncology as I am scheduled to have a hysterectomy in the near future. I reached out to my doctors that Tuesday and was able to get a response by Wednesday (07/13/2016) and was advised to not move forward with the appointment and wait to reschedule based on my outcome from my procedure. Thursday (07/14/2016) the office was closed so I followed up first thing this morning (07/15/2016) at 11:04 AM, I informed them after speaking with Sharon and advising with my doctors that I would like to cancel my appointment and obviously get my deposit refunded. I was told by Ti that my $100 was non refundable and that was their policy. As a consumer I informed Ti that she did not disclose the $100 deposit was non refundable under ANY circumstances, time frame or personal reasons. She said that they are trained to disclose that and I again let her know that she did not. Again she kept saying that was their policy. It is to my understanding that a verbal policy is not a valid policy. I did not sign a policy saying that I would have to forfeit my deposit regardless of the cancellation reason and time frame. I explained to Ti that she saying that she did and me saying that she did not; at the end of the day is hearsay, unless there is something in writing which there is none. I let Ti know that I was just going to have to end the conversation and file a fraud claim with my bank, in which I did and they agreed and refunded my $100 immediately and will work with Visa on contacting Spa by Mode to further in investigate. Bank of America also said that my claim was legitimate based on the time frame and that there is no written or signed policy. In addition to the unprofessionalism and before we ended the call, Ti said that they would be willing to refund my deposit if I would provide a letter from my medical providers (my OB and Oncologist) stating that I am not able to get the cosmetic procedure done. Right, like I would even trouble my doctors with something like that! I am just taken a back of how any business can treat customers like this. I mean besides my personal reasons, how can you do that to anyone in general. Its not like I called 6 or 3 months, 1 week, or tried to cancel within 24 hours. This was a valid cancellation within 48 hours of an appointment scheduled next year! How can you justify taking my money and have not provided any type of service. What did you do Sharon and Ti to earn that $100? Definitely not good business practice. HOW BIZARRE AND DISAPPOINTING. read more

I am not one to write bad reviews, this is the first bad review I have ever written. I had been going to Sharon for years (initial brows and several touchups thereafter), I was a loyal customer. At my last appointment, I arrived early (as she requested) and of course, she was running late. She finally stepped away from her client, looked at my brows, and told me she would have to re-shape my brows because my face had aged. She then told me I would have to pay $200 more and that if I wanted to reschedule, she would understand. When I told her I would pay the extra money because I had already taken off work to be there, she got very upset and huffed at me. Then she told me she didn't have enough time to see me and I would have to reschedule with her assistant, Helena. She did not care that I took off work for the appointment, arrived early, and wasted my paid time off to be present at this appointment (which was booked 6 months in advance). I had tolerated her snarky, rude personality over the years because I thought she did a good job. But trust me, it's not worth it to be treated like you are sub-human when there are so many other talented artists available now. Save yourself grief and find someone else to make your brows beautiful. read more

This place isn't what people expect. I went there at 2 because my apt was at 230, just to be early. The shop had their gate closed and I saw Sharon working on a client. She didn't even walk to the gate, she just said to come back at 230. I should have left then but i gave it another try. I came back and the other lady helped me out, she was professional and had great customer service. The place was not what I imagined. It had a few clothes hanging for sale, and the "spa" was in the back room. Tiny and not sanitized. As i was sitting there waiting for her to consult, she was wiping the floor with a wet nap. She didn't bother washing her hand after. She starting drawing my eyebrows in, I liked the shape but wanted them thinner and with more arch. She then gave me such a big attitude. The other lady was drawing another clients brows and I loved them. I asked Sharon if she could make them look similar to that, and she was offended. She then said, "what do you want, just tell me! " She has anger issues and has the worst attitude ever! I do not recommend anybody to go there. I feel bad for the other lady that works there. I wonder if Sharon is even licensed to do tattoos on people. I give it no stars but yelp requires at least one star to post. read more

So I found spabymode through random instagram hashtags... I saw her pictures and thought they looked nice. Everyone on IG always says positive things and from the pictures that she posts, their eyebrows looked great! So I decided to give her a call and make an appt. Sharon was very nice and sweet on the phone and answered all my questions. ( I had a lot as this was my first time getting permanent makeup) After talking on the phone with her and making an appt, I felt I was in good hands....this all ended after it was time to get my eyebrows tattooed and done. The professionalism ended there. As some of the others review on yelp says how snobby and rude Sharon is is DEFINITELY TRUE. She acts like she doesn't need customers! I had an appt..arrived on time..and first she had me sit for 10 minutes while she was on her phone. Then she had me fill out the paperwork...after I was done..I had to wait another 10 minutes before she calls me in.. then once I was in the room, I had to wait again. WHAT TYPE OF PERSON RUNS THEIR BUSINESS LIKE THAT...She is so unprofessional. Then she scrapes off the end of my eyebrows and starts drawing them in. They were way too thick for my taste...and yea Sharon may "know" what shape compliments your face but if I'm paying over $300 for them..I want them the way I WANT THEM. So she draws it in..and I don't like it so I had her arch it more..then I told her i want them thinner and she has this look like I'm retarded...so she fixes it a little bit after she "sighs" like this is so much work for her and has a fake laugh..It's still too thick for me even after she fixes it and says that after it's healed it will be thinner..I ask why is that and she doesn't know why... Every time I ask her why to what she says..she never has info to back it up... I would think if you're a professional at what you do..you'd be educated about your work..in this case not... Anyways..I was already irritated by her snobby personality..all cuz she probably makes good money off doing eyebrows and thinks she doesn't need more customers... So after having her permanently tattooing my brows on..i was not that happy but I agreed to wait and see how it looks like after 6 weeks once it's healed.. by this time...my eyebrows were uneven!!! One was more arched and curved than the other!! WTF (6 weeks go by) time for touch up.. I was so mad, that I didn't even want to go back to her but since she started it..I didn't want to go to someone else since idk what color she use or if her ink and someone else's ink might not work well together since they were new...so anyways when I told her my brows were uneven...she looks and says no..then in my head I'm like ( great gotta deal with her snobby self again)..I kept telling her how I am unhappy cuz they're uneven..and she says it's not worth it to fix! wtf u mean its not worth it to fix? cuz it will take more time for you to do it???? UGH anyways i went along with the touch up..paid $75 and outta there.. I will NEVER GO BACK TO HER... I am so upset with my uneven eyebrows while writing this review that I don't know if I'm even making sense but bottom line is this place sucks and I would never ever ever recommend anyone to this place to get their brows done. She is unprofessional and snobby just like the other yelp reviewers on here said...and the ones that gave her 5 stars are probably all of her friends.... -UNHAPPY CUSTOMER read more

I will start off by saying that Sharon is good at what she does. However, her customer service skills and her assistant are horrible. I had my eyebrows done by Sharon about 1.5 years ago and paid about $400. At the 6 week touch-up, she said I didn't need to get it redone and it looked fine. Fast forward to now they have faded significantly. I called to do a touch-up. Her assistant told me it would be about $200-$300 and she would give me the final price after looking at my brows. I CONFIRMED that it would NOT cost anymore than that and she said that it would not be more than $300. She also said that they only do touchups on Wednesday so I had to take time off of work to come to the appointment. Her assistant later called me and asked me to send a photo of my eyebrows in natural light. I offered to come in person since I live across the street. She said okay. On the day I was going to stop by I couldn't make it so I called and told her that I was unable to come in. 5 days before my appointment, I get a text asking for a picture of my eyebrows in natural light. I didn't send one in because I was out for the weekend and had makeup on. I get a call 2 days before my appointment asking if I can come in at 12:45 pm instead of my regularly scheduled 1:30 appointment so that she can look at my brows in case the procedure was going to take longer. I agreed and rushed from work. I had my appointment and it was the same as the other negative reviews. I get there and I am greeted by her assistant. Sharon is standing next to her and doesn't even acknowledge my existence. She looked preoccupied because her assistant is having issues scheduling her appointments and is not relaying the information properly. Sharon is coaching her assistant and I am listening to her assistant say something entirely different. I finally get seated and Sharon wipes off my brows. She says that they have faded a lot and will be considered a new set. (Currently $800!!! Double what I paid for when I first got them done!) She said she would give me 20% off which is $640 and because of the mistake in telling me the price she'd do it for $450. I was a previous client and her prices state that if you come in between 1-1.5 years then it's a certain price range. I called, I confirmed the $200-$300 and I booked. Then I show up and find out it's almost 3 times as much? Completely outrageous. Sharon doesn't care about you as a customer. Her attitude and service reflect that. She is about her money and Hermes bags. At the rate she charges people, you are just another handbag or pair of Louboutins for her. I literally got in my car and booked with Katie Tong @ Lashes by Katie T in Garden Grove . Best decision ever and I should have gone to Katie the first time. I just got my brows done by Katie and she was absolutely wonderful. read more

She is awful she gets your initial 450 and then when your eyebrows fade and you need a touch up she says she has no openings for a year!!! She was super rude too and then blamed it on being pregnant. So like I said earlier I waited for my brows to heal and was warming up to them . However, I had this annoying nagging feeling that they don't look alike. Alone each brow looks ok but together they just look like step sisters ( not even real sisters) ( those are Sharon's words about eyebrows on how they should be like sisters and not identical twins). Urghhh. I just couldn't pin point what the hell was the problem. I made my appt wi Sharon for the touch up. She couldn't accommodate my time so I just took whatever was available like I mentioned in the previous review. Not happy wi the treatment I'm getting (she acts like she's so good that everyone wants to see her so she's not available to see me when I want it). Then, I found her. The one who saved my eyebrows from the horrifying crookedness of hell brows. Her name is Lisa Le and I found her by chance on yelp. Saw the few reviews (all 5stars) she got and messages one of the people who wrote the review. We chatted and she reassured me that I would be happy. So I went to her instead. She took pics of my brows and showed me that nagging feeling was right. One brow was tattooed higher than the other and it's hard to tell unless u take a picture. Lisa fixed it wi make up and reshaped the brows. She erased the extra parts I didn't need and filled out the rest. After the touch up session Amazing results. Anyhow. Went home and called spa by mode to cancel my touch up session and I gave her some random excuse of being busy bc i didn't want to be rude by telling her that I found someone better. But lord she was pushy to have me make another appt. I told her I'm ok wi my brows and she kept pushing me to come in so she could charge me. I declined and when she knew she wouldn't get me to commit to an appt (bc if I don't show she gets to charge $50 no show), she changed her tone and got really rude to me. What the hell? She basically told me that if I don't come in I will regret not getting it retouched. Whatever. She is rude and I wouldn't recommend her to anyone. Lisa Le in the other hand got trained at an accredited school for the permanent makeup and she used to do eyebrow shaping so she is really good. And nice.. I'm actually a very nice person and I give people chances and benefit of a doubt so when I give a bad revue it must be bad! read more

Very painful experience, as I have never gotten a tattoo in my life. I asked about numbing cream and Sharon said she put some on my brows. I read the process prior to showing up, and that was definitely not numbing cream, just plain rubbing alcohol that she smeared on my brows. I paid $390 and couldn't get proper numbing cream. Aside from the painful experience (getting a brow tattoo without numbing cream), I toughed it out. Sharon said the pigment wouldn't pick up enough color because of my large pores. During this process, her phone rang a few times. She made her assistant pick up the phone and when her assistant mentioned who was calling, Sharon would roll her eyes and say she did not want to talk to that annoying customer. This happened several times where she would express that she was irritated with clients that asked too many questions or had any concerns. She refused to talk to them and made her assistant deal with her needy clients. It's so unprofessional to see and it's so sad. What if that was me calling if I had a question or concern I needed addressed? I was surprised she would behave this way in front of her clients. Anyhow, when we were finished with the brows, she said she didn't have any weekend appointments for a touch up. The touch up was necessary and I did not know I couldn't get a weekend appointment. Since there were no other options, I had to take the weekday appointment. Very upsetting because she didn't tell me weekend appointments were for new customers only. I call back a month later to see if I could move my appointment since I got a new job and couldn't take a weekday off. She gave me so much attitude saying that I would have to wait 8 months for a weekday appointment and by that time it would cost me double the price for a touch up. I said, "excuse me?" How are you going to charge me double and penalize me for not being able to give me an appointment until 8 months later?? I said this was unacceptable and she had the nerve to tell me she has a baby that is her priority and only works 3 days a week and doesn't have time to squeeze me in. I told her something needed to be done to fix this situation and she would not work with me. I will not support this snooty stuck up fob with the worst attitude. I get the nail shop vietnamese girl attitude, I can handle that. But Sharon is 10 times worse than that and I can't believe how rude and unprofessional she is. I should have been weary when I saw all the bad yelp reviews. She offered me a $30 discount to give her a good yelp review. Since I am not giving her a penny to support her business, I am giving an honest review of my horrible experience here. Hopefully if you read this, you will take your brows elsewhere. The people who give her good reviews are only doing so to get a $30 discount so please do yourself a favor and go to a different place to get your brows done. Not worth the trouble. You will be disappointed with the bad customer service and will be an annoying pest to her if you ask any questions, as MOST people do when they get a PERMANENT brow tattoo they have on their face. DO NOT come here! My brows faded and barely picked up any of the ink, so I pretty much wasted almost $400 when it is so light and can barely see it. Worst experience ever, BEWARE! read more

Its been almost a year since I got mine done, and the whole experience still irritates me to a degree that I have to come back to write a review. For my initial appointment, I really expected a caring, compassionate person. (I am after all the one who has to wake up to your work everyday). At first, all was well, but I will never forget that right after she finished drawing them, which was not at all anything I had expected, she sat down and got on her phone. I bypassed that and began expressing my doubts. She went on autotune answering them without even looking up. "They will fade over time... this is the shape of your brows... I know its different... you just have to take a moment to get accustomed to them since what you had before was not for your face..." I even showed her a picture and she brushed it off. She LEFT the room so that I could "think about it" and then told me I needed to make a decision since she had another client coming in. Nevertheless, I went through with it so I wouldn't lose my $50 deposit (stupid reason) and also, since I had heard so many great things about her and didnt want to miss out. I felt they were too dark. Its been a year, and yes, they are still too dark. I get told this by people I hardly know. Actually one is lighter than the other (which I paid her outrageous cost for a retouch and she wasn't able to rectify). She instead made them even more so different from each other. One is also thicker than the other. I told her this. She insisted they weren't. Overall, as other reviews have stated, she isn't terrible, but what you see is exactly what you'll get. If you want to have any input in how your eyebrows look, go to someone else. She has one style and thats the style she is going to use. I also feel like she is ridiculously overpriced. I'm from the Houston area. There are places here who will do a MUCH better job at less than a third of her cost WITH free touch ups. They actually pull out a ruler and do gradient coloring and most importantly, actually listen to what their clients want. I was living in the OC at the time and just HAD to get them done, but I definitely wish I had waited. I have to wear makeup to balance out how dark they look on my face, and I rarely wear make up. Although my eyebrows are not that bad, I can't wait until they fade to have them redone. I only have 5-10 years to go. I wouldn't recommend this place. read more

Sharon was like 280 last time I was here last year and now one year later wtf like 800 bucks. Her work Is good but she feels like she's the ish now. She forgot about her loyal customers who were with her to begin with. She lost them now because she's tying to rip everyone off. Not worth it for semi permanent make up. She doesn't e be care if she loses customers she talks to you like whatever. She has poor customer service. And when you call her she picks up and refers to herself as a third person. When it's her on the phone. Sad part is I referred so many ppl go her and many friends still ask about my brows but I just don't bother because I wouldn't want to send my friend to a place that rips us off. You guys should check out 3D HARMONY SPA in San Gabriel the owner is Tammy. Different technique. But reasonable prices and its permanent not SEMI. Because let's be honest we always want to keep those damn brows in place and not keep retouching and trying to make money off of us. Anyway Sharon lost myself and no more referrals to her. I respect her hustle but she's going to realize that a lot of ppl can't afford 800 dollar brows. She ain't getting a lot of returning customers that's for sure. She got that one customer who is a model. Nicc la and now Sharon thinks she's the shit and charging up the ass. Good luck with that. You're really close to the general public not really A LISTERS . read more

Left the store two voice messages to set up an appointment for brows. I never got a call back. Blessing in disguise after reading all the negative reviews. I'll take my business else where. read more

I got my brow done by Sharon 1 year ago. I eyesbrow had lot of spot missing the color( some lighter than other because her student fill in when the first time I had done). I went back to touch 2 times. I noticed her every time the part I want to fix . Sharon gave so many different reasons, she did every fast with no intense to make it better. I still have to pay for the touch up. After 6 weeks I noticed my brows have exactly problems, I came in for touch, she didn't have time I must wait until anothe 6 weeks. Finally I came in, she wasn't welcome, gave attitude and so many reasons about my eyesbrow. Sharon told me if I come back for another touch up, I would have to pay $400. What???i paid $390 and $100 for touch. The didn't come out exactly what I really want and it fade after 6 months. Another $400 ???. What's the hell? I wasn't happy. Other I didn't like about Sharon that She always talk about her self and her husband is lawyer( who's care). Poor job and customer service suckkkkkkkkk. It took me for long time to write this because I don't want to effect her business but I think people need to know about her. read more

I really don't recommend sharon , she doesn't respect the customer, she really don't care about you or your feelings, she act like she don't need any customers, if she was really professional you want ask her to open the door to talk to you instead of waving her hands to you behind the glass , and I called her many times & left her a lot of voicemail but no call back ... then she said you have to take appointment first hhhhhhhhh really!!! how can I make appointment if you don't answer your phone???!!! i tried for three day's... then I went to her place and she was behind glass waving her hands hhhhhh she don't want to open the door ... so I started talking to her behind the glasses then she saw me insisted to talk to her so she opened the door to tell me you have to make appointment first hhhhhhhhh r you serious?!!!!!!!!! read more

Helena was vey nice and warming when I came in. I got my brows done by Sharon the first time, but with her being booked for so long... I decided to try out Helena since he was trained by Sharon. Helena was very patient with me when we were choosing my shape. I think I made him change it 3x but he was very nice about it. Every time I was in pain he would offer me more numbing cream. My brows turned out beautiful! I was equally happy w my brows the 2nd time around w Helena. He's def good and cares about what his client wants read more

So I finally took the plunge and got my brows done. Tiffany did my initial brows and touch up. I'm happy with my brows. I'm a busy working mom of two and getting my brows done really help me cut down my get ready time. Tiffany has great customer service and she listens to what you have to say. I have sensitive skin and she guided me thru as I addressed some concerns. I definitely will be back for my retouch. read more

There is no doubt Sharon is very talented at what she does. Unfortunately she is highly unprofessional and extremely not flexible when it comes to scheduling. Would never go back and would never recommend to anybody. read more

No star is more like it. Poor service. First time SHARON was not there because she did not write down my appointment ( Then why they hell did you make an appointment you moron?) Second time she was 2 hrs late. Her dog chewed on my beautiful heels and was running around barking and smelled like urine. (this is a spa, not a zoo!!! ) UNPROFESSIONAL and UNSANITARY!!! She criticized the shape of my brow bone being weired and shaved most of it off so she can tatt it. When I went for my touch up, she did not show up after 2 hrs of waiting!!!!!!!!!!!!! So I left ,WTF? I am surprised she is still in business and its probably because of all the fake comments from her friends. Thought I take the time to share my real experience with everyone. Stay away, do not recommend!!! read more
