I don't normally get my lashes done but I figured hey, it's time for a change. I liked the soft piano music and comfortable chair. Lam was gentle, kind, and easy to talk to. As someone who works in the dental field as a dental hygienist, I am usually the first point of contact for patients, so I appreciate precision and care. While I love thick, dramatic lashes, I decided to go for a subtle, natural look--specifically, a doll eye wispy light volume style. Chi Lam asked if I had an inspo picture, which I did, and I promptly sent it to her. She executed the look perfectly, paying incredible attention to detail--her skill and dedication ensured I got exactly what I wanted. Communication with her is very easy and quick. She needs to know your preferred style, appointment date and time, and she takes care of the rest, making the process smooth and stress-free. Getting to her studio is also a major plus, as it's just a five-minute drive from my house, making spontaneous touch-ups very convenient. Since late August, I've visited her three times, scheduling refills every 2.5 to 3 weeks to maintain the look. When I came in to her delightful shop, my poor brows looked like two polly wags but after she took meticulous measurements of both brows and pointed out that my right brow falls higher than my left (with no effort on my part. I am not Scarlett O'Hara), she had her work cut out for her to fix the past mistakes of nine years of half-assed microblading and make my brows symmetrical. In less than 90 minutes, (and the most wonderful numbing I've experienced - I actually fell asleep!), the results of Susan's wonderful and meticulous work speaks for itself.
