She refused and provided only her own email, stating she would forward my complaint. I never received a response or confirmation that it was escalated. I have documented the incident and my attempts to escalate it. Preventing customers from accessing an independent complaint process raises serious concerns about transparency and accountability. I am requesting that EWC provide the corporate or franchise-owner contact information so this matter can be formally reviewed. If I continue to be denied an appropriate escalation process, I will consider further consumer and legal avenues available to me.
