I had such a great experience here! From the moment I walked in, she was so sweet, welcoming, and genuinely friendly. She has such a cute and calming vibe and was really easy to talk to, which made me feel comfortable right away. She explained everything clearly and made sure I felt relaxed throughout the entire process. My eyebrows turned out so good--they look incredibly natural and exactly what I was hoping for. My friend and I have been going to Nhi since she first open her business years ago (she was a few doors down from current location). We did extensive research before we went with her and so glad that we did. I appreciate her honesty and prompt response to our messages. If she feels she cannot perform quality work on your eyebrows or lip, she's transparent about it. Her office is clean and sanitise. We have gotten her eyebrows done, touch up/redone. I like the natural look of the brows after it's completely healed. She does an amazing job at selecting/mixing her color for the lips as well. read more

I have been doing eyebrow tattooing for many years. When I moved to Orange County 10 years ago, I went to two different artists. The first one was OK and overpriced for the work. I went to the 2nd one and she basically just did touchup over what I already had. I did not like how thin my eyebrows were and it didn't fit my face. I found Nhi through a friend and went to see her a few years ago. She actually took an incredible amount of time giving me the right shape. SO HAPPY! She did a fabulous job and I have had several people I have referred who are also extremely happy. I recently went for a touchup and asked her to fix my eyeliner. It is gorgeous! She is so talented and really knows shape and color. Highly recommend her! 10 stars if I could give it! read more

Nhi did a fantastic job on my brows! I haven't had them done in over 5 years and brow techniques have changed so much. I opted for nano combo in which Nhi corrected old powder ombré while adding hair strokes to achieve a fuller look, which I didn't think was possible. She took extra time and care to map my brow shape. My skin type is sensitive, oily in the t-zone, but normal everywhere else. When it came time to ink, I was really afraid of the pain bcs of past experiences. I'd rate the pain level 6/10. I was able to handle a few passes before needing her to numb me up. It was smooth sailing after. Fresh ink was dark, but it healed and retained color really well. I opted for a touch up and so glad I did. Will definitely be back for maintenance! read more

Nhi is your girl for all things permanent makeup! I had gotten my brows done 2 years ago from somewhere else and they were great in the beginning, but over time it faded weird and the color I realize was too dark and not natural. My brows are ombré powdered and I addressed my issues to Nhi and she understood immediately! She's super gentle and very fast. My brows (with black hair photo) is recent and that's a month post color correction. if you look at my inner brows, you can see the difference in how the color deposited and blends with my natural brows so well! If you don't like to spend 30 mins in the morning to get the perfect brow, then this is a place for you. Nhi is very knowledgeable, gentle and very detail oriented. She will make you happy with the result. I got my brown hair stroke here 3 weeks ago. The service I got was the nanostrokes and let me say that it was done with incredible care! During the session, I had a fun casual vibes talking about interesting topics we had in mind. Nhi is very friendly and knowledgeable in her work. She used this skincare facial on me called Riman from korea that left my face glowing after. She did a great job and is always looking for new clientele. The hours on Groupon are incorrect so you need to call/text to schedule an appointment and not just show up. Nhi was amazing to work with, and I love how my brows look now! I was scared to try nano blading because I felt like I had no idea what I was doing. I told Nhi I wanted more symmetric, natural looking brows, and she took care of everything. The shaping, arch, and thickness suit my face, and my brows look more full. In the before picture, I used an eyebrow powder to fill my brows every day and usually they would look uneven. The second picture was taken about 8 weeks after my first session with Nhi, and 4 weeks after a touch up. Now I never have to touch my brows again when I get ready in the morning for work. It feels amazing and is a big improvement to my morning routine. I am so glad I worked with Nhi on my brows. She is super caring, attentive, and ready to listen. I highly recommend her! read more
