Not happy! When the lady jabbed my pinky cuticle and made me bleed, she sprinkled some powder because it wouldn't stop bleeding and when she sprinkled too much, she scooped it BACK into the container, probably to be used on someone else, totally unsanitary so hopefully I don't get some infection or illness. Not only that but my french manicure became yellow after only 2 days even with me being indoors and minimal light exposure! Never again! read more

Located by Big Lots in Hopewell- Be aware of this shop! I'd give 0 stars if I could. They are rude, rough with your nails causing injuries & don't apologize for leaving nails bleeding or hurting. Then, eyebrows were done unevenly & they didn't want to fix them. They act like they don't understand when you ask them questions. But when it comes to paying, everyone speaks English well. They change prices several times from the time you call for pricing until the time you're there. They don't speak or talk to you. Everyone is in their own world & not people friendly. Go elsewhere if you want better customer service, not daily price changes depending on the customers & their moods. They provide rough & uncaring services. I've paid more for fill ins than full sets. Then, I've been charged the same prices for fill ins & full set. They are very inconsistent. They charge whatever they want & overcharge you. They gave me 3 different prices in one visit! I've Been going here for years & they keep changing prices everytime I come in. They overcharged a child for eyebrows & a pedicure that the gel wore off in a week‼ they are very dishonest people. I will Not return & let others know to find a better shop because I am. They won't take any more of my money for their poor & uncaring & half done service. I was very disappointed in this establishments customer service. They seem to be very dismissive towards their patrons when they walk in. They shout from across the room, asking what they need and telling them to sit down. No wait time given or even eye contact. Their prices were ok, but they fit the service. Everything seems rushed when you are on the chair. My nail tech constantly kept getting up to tend to other customers, my pedicure was much longer than it should've been according to the service being provided. Really disappointed in the establishment. Walked in for a pedicure maybe had to wait 5-10mins. Not bad! Everything seemed to be going great, I explained I wanted Shellac on my toes they said no problem and gave me the price, $40. When came time for them to do my toes the lady was very very thorough. My only concern at the time was the cleanliness of the utensils she used because she just pulled them out of a drawer versus from a sterilized area. The lady went deep a couple of times causing pain, I endured it, don't like to complain. Once it came time for my color I had to tell her three times the number. She went to get the color I told her again and pointed to the one I wanted. Once she started painting I thought the color looked a little off but again I didn't complain because I thought maybe the sparkle didn't transition until after it dried or something. Mind you even if I did speak up the lady barely speaks English so me trying to explain would have caused a scene. By the time she was finished I was still trying to see the change but it didn't happen. By this time I knew it would have taken too long for them to soak off this color and put on the color I originally asked for so I just paid and left. Obviously, I'm very upset I didn't get what I asked for or paid for. If they didn't have the color they could have explained this to me instead of just choosing another color they thought looked similar in hope of me not noticing. I noticed! Very frustrating! Went for a gel mani and pedi and they were very confused on what I was looking for. Sat down for the pedicure and the lady started... She didn't do a terrible job but no massage and no salt scrub AND i had to coach her on the french tip look! Decided after seeing the job on my toes that I would try another place for my nails.... Not impressed and would not go back! I am very picky about my nails and toes but this was way below what I'm used to. I'll post about my next spot for the gel mani! read more

I went in for a pedicure. No wait for a walk-in so yay for that but, the pedicure was just average. And when I asked about adding the advertised foot massage the tech just ignored me. She did a good job on the polish. I'll go back in a pinch or if I don't find a more reliable option. read more

I came here on a friend's recommendation. I had the deluxe hot stone pedicure done. And it was great. It felt like I had just received a brand new pair of feet. It's a tad expensive but well worth the money. read more

If you would like to waste your day away then you should come here. For that particular reason only. My sister and I walked into the shop, wasn't greeted or asked what we needed done so we sat down politely waiting. Thirty minutes had already past and still nothing so my sister asks how much longer for two pedicures and one of the workers sitting at the front desk told her 25 more minutes for both of us. So we sat and 45 more minutes past and they take my sister to a chair, my sister sat there an additional 25 more minutes while I'm still sitting I. The waiting area and she texts and tells me her water is cold and they haven't started on her yet smh shortly after they start on her feet and I wait another 20 minutes and still no sign of service for me. Two hours and still no service after being told 25 more minutes. The workers are ridiculously slow and the customer service is terrible. Wasted my entire day. read more

I absolutely LOVE coming here. They are always polite and know what I want before I do. The Pedi's are wonderful and relaxing. The nails are perfect. I love the way I get my eyebrows waxed. The other place I went to in PG messed them up, they were too thin and not even... I will never go any where lese but here! read more
