I had an incredible experience in Spa Aiyana today. I got the 50 minute ranch alchemy massage with Emily, and she was fantastic! She was so personable and took the entire 50 minutes. She didn't seem rushed, and it was very relaxing. The massage itself was one of the best I've had. The amenities are wonderful - outdoor hot tub, fire pit, pool, steam room, and many lounge areas. After the massage, I got a complimentary glass of champagne and a cupcake, an in was a nice touch. I also like that you can order food and drink by the hot tub throughout the day. I'll definitely be back!

2 stars because this is a review of the SPA and its treatments. I got a lavender garden with reflexology massage because their online brochure says massage to include hands, feet and Scalp. My massage was so so, nothing great. I didn't feel like she did a really good job at the hands and feet. I've had better at other day spas. That would have been fine but I didn't even get a Scalp massage! It's not like i can keep time to ask if she's still going to the Scalp, frankly not my job...but then it was hot towels on the feet and we're done! I mentioned this disappointment to the lady at the front when paying and she could care less. All she responded was you got the reflexology massage, they spend time on hands and feet so don't do the Scalp. Perhaps she should read what their website brochure advertises? Spa facility was meh. Felt dated. There is only a wet steam room but no dry sauna. They also had no Sunscreen. How could a sunny California high end spa not have Sunscreen as an amenity. I forgot mine and had to use my face Sunscreen all over my body it was nice they had a swimsuit spinner to get the water out but that's it 5 stars to the view where the jacuzzi and pool is. Also 5 stars to the attendant who came to make sure the inside of the locker room was clean and orderly.

Reservations and Checking in was easy and the front desk welcomes you! We started with a deep tissue massage with Angie who was awesome, which was the perfect way to ease into the experience. It left us both feeling completely relaxed before heading out to enjoy the amenities The thermal pools are perfectly maintained, ranging from warm to hot. He especially enjoyed going through the full thermal cycle... the cold plunge, sauna, steam room, and then back into the hot spa. It's such a refreshing and rejuvenating experience. We ended up staying for six hours and honestly enjoyed every single minute. It's one of those rare places where time just slows down, and you leave feeling completely reset. We'll definitely be back again as it's been my husband's annual birthday gift from me!

The spa is promoted as a silent spa with no talking but since there is no enforcement yelling, laughing, splashing around is common. If you are looking for calm and quiet this is not the place. I planned a weekend around going to this place so leaving right away due to noise was disappointing. When leaving I asked if the remaining gift card balance could be refunded to the CC since I wouldn't be back; they apologized and blamed staffing shortages for the noise. The lady offered a full refund to the CC which I appreciate. They never sent the refund. Following up a couple weeks later they ignored all the words in my email and only refilled the gift card, refusing to refund the CC. What a terrible place to not go back to. Lesson leaned: this place sucks

My massage by Liz was amazing. She is who you want to book for deep tissue. Sadly, she cut the massage short by like 5-6 minutes so that was a bummer since the massage price also includes the 23% tip! That can be negotiated at request but I chose not to, just sucks that I was in the locker room before the 50 minutes was even up with still time to go. The pool was glorious and clean. I recommend getting there early to grab a comfy chair by the pool. They offer a food and beverage menu at the pool with pool service and delivery service but it's a whopping $9.00 on top of your food/drink to be delivered. I opted for both pool service and walking to the restaurant myself to make an order since it's just a few minute walk away on site. There were a couple of kids there towards the end but it was really nice not having them for the entirety as it's definitely more of an adult crowd who wants to relax vs bring your whole family to the pool- at least the day I went. I would go again for the day pass but would probably pass on the massage just because it's soo pricy.

The hotel we were staying at unfortunately did not have any openings that evening so we began to call around places. The place is tucked back with a lot of residential homes nearby so I wasn't quite sure we were in the right place, but it was easy to find. The inside was clean and cozy, and the ladies were very friendly and accommodating. My husband and I opted for the 90 minute massage and it was worth every minute. Both ladies did an amazing job. I requested a basic Swedish massage and my husband went with a deep tissue massage since he was pretty sore from a rough work week. Here are some of the good and could be better Points: Good! - discount for locals! - nice sauna and steam room - facilities are very nice and relaxing - service from all staff was outstanding! - massage was pure heaven! I'll be back for sure. Could be better... - because it's a hotel (I guess) you need a key to get in the building. Then you need a key to get in the locker room. OR you press a buzzer or call the number on the door. Makes for a bit of an awkward first impression / not easy to go back and forth from treatment area upstairs to locker room with sauna and steam room downstairs. - there are no alcoholic beverages available. When we inquired about having a birthday toast they suggested we could bring our own bubbly and sit outside in the hammocks/swings. We did this and it was very nice! But see the point above about getting back in. Bit challenging! - Here's an easy one to fix: there is no cold water in the locker room so if you go in the sauna you'll need to go back upstairs to refill your cup or water bottle then have someone let you back into the locker room. A simple water station in the locker room would solve this issue, - Toiletries are available (a plus!) but on demand (not convenient). Would be great to have a few common items out like many spas (deodorant, hair spray, hair ties, etc.)
