We decided to introduce zepbound and I was glad to have support when starting this new medication. Giving myself a shot wasn't scary when you have a coach right there. I've been to Korea before and have done ultherapy so I came into this treatment comparing the two. Density RF was much less painful. I'd say it was a 2/10 in terms of pain. The employees (usually younger staff at the counter) rarely greet you, and when they do, it's with the enthusiasm of someone being asked to clean the garage. Today's visit summed it up perfectly. I asked about a couple of the hot tonics, hoping for a recommendation. The response? "I've never had them." Fair enough--but maybe follow it up with, "Let me see if I can find out," or "People seem to like this one." Anything besides leaving the customer hanging. The smoothies are blended with care. The customer experience...not so much. Hopefully one day the service catches up to the quality of the smoothies, because the product deserves it.
