Spend about $26,000 in December 2025 - during several appointments I addressed my concerns about…read morethe symmetrical breasts. The right breast is significantly and visibly larger than the left breast. However, Dr. Castellon kept telling me "to wait and let it everything heal for 12 months" - when I told him that the smaller breast would have to increase in size or the bigger breast would have to shrink for both breasts to be symmetrical, he freaked out and yelled "you will eat your words" Also, the mons area got severely infected and enlarged and I had to be on antibiotics. I also addressed the fact that the mons is extremely large after the surgery and infection, but again he told me "to wait 12 months for it to heal" I asked him if the issues still persisted at the 12 months follow up if he would make it right and he told me he would. However, after I found a number of highly negative reviews of prior patients, I provided those reviews to him via email and told him that I hope that he wouldn't treat me like that - Dr. Castellon did not respond to my email. In summary, the negative reviews addressed when surgery results were visibly and physically gone wrong and the patients complaint to Dr. Castellon, he basically abandoned them, telling one patient "that God wanted it that way that one breast was larger then the other, asymmetrical" - and Dr. Castellon did nothing to help those patients to make it right. In my email addressed to Dr. Castellon, I provided those detailed negative reviews, patient names and dates and told Dr. Castellon that I hope he wouldn't treat me like that if those issues still persisted at the one year follow up. However,I never received any kind of response. During my follow up in April I told Dr. Castellon that we would be in Colorado from May to early October and he scheduled a follow up appointment for me on 27 Oct. 2026. In September 2026 I emailed him an update regarding my still asymmetrical breasts, my still enlarged mons, both thighs are still saddelbags. I didn't receive a response so I emailed him again and asked to acknowledge my surgery result update, but again no response. So I will find out at my 27 October appointment and one year follow up appointment if he will make things right I paid about $26,000 for or if he will abandon me. I will update if Dr. Castellon is keeping his words to fix the issues if they persist after one year.

My highlights bled and instead of fixing all the bleeds individually like she should've, she completely panicked and covered all my new highlights with permanent brown dye which has now turned orange! She ruined my hair cause she was in a hurry to go on a date instead of finishing the job with integrity. When I reached out to the salon owner Melissa she got angry cause she didn't want to fix someone else's screw up and not get paid. She was mean, rude and acted like this was my fault! She is the owner and it's her responsibility to keep the clients happy, but she did not care about this or how it affected me. She said she could squeeze me in between appointments to fix it without even seeing it first!! I had another color specialist look at my hair this weekend and she was shocked that a hair stylist of 30 years could make such a horrible mistake. She said I had to wait 6 weeks due to the over processing. I reached out to Melissa letting her know that I did not feel comfortable going there and wanted a refund. She said to ask Shannon and I never heard from Shannon. These ladies have no integrity or customer service skills. DO NOT GO HERE!!! Blondes be warned!
