This was the most uncomfortable massage experience I have ever had. I am not one to leave reviews but this I figured I might save others from coming here. To begin, they had us pay in advance and pushed us to get cash from the atm because we only had a debit card. We tipped in advance on the already pricey service. Once we were brought back they took a bit to begin and were in their phones "massaging" with one hand. There was no music and we could hear babies crying, people loudly talking and banging. They kept talked to each-other loudly at times and even continued texting mid session. They weren't careful of exposing our bodies-naked on the table. All of this was overlook-able if it weren't for the fact that after the service, they walked us to the front and insisted we tipped more. My bf replied saying we tipped what we felt appropriate to which they kept insisting we didn't give enough. Super uncomfortable and made for such an awkward exit. Tipping isn't required... and we had already tipped. To insist on more is beyond greedy. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. read more

Bizarre, absolutely unprofessional. The worst experience I've ever had getting a massage. I arrived 7 minutes prior to my appointment time. Was asked to pay in advance and told I'd receive my change in the room. Was escorted in to the massage room and told to lay face down on the table. I did so and then waited, and waited, for 23 minutes. I could hear all kinds of frantic activity through the walls and doors. People coming and going and the staff walking up and down the corridors with doors opening and closing. I gave up when I was still not seen for 30 minutes. I dressed, left the room and asked to be reimbursed the $200 I had given to the woman who greeted me. I told them how unhappy I was that I was left alone in the room for 30 minutes and never told they were running late. The excuse was that they sometimes ran late because customers took a long time to get dressed. I was assured I could be seen then. I went back in to the massage room and the craziness began. The massage therapist started my massage in a manner that was brutal. Her pressure was entirely too strong and I asked her no less than 7 times to not massage so deeply in my muscles. I only do deep tissue massage, so am very accustomed to deep tissue. Her pressure was ridiculous, almost violent. The door enunciator would go off and twice she just left the room, mid massage, to go tend to the person who had just walked in. The most bizarre thing was when the therapist was talking thorough the door, in a very loud voice, with the the other employee. Then they opened the door, with me laying there with only my panties on covered by a sheet. They spoke loudly to one another and then she pulled the sheet off of me! Just tore it off of me, laying there with no clothes on, with the door open. There was absolutely no reason to pull that sheet off of me and expose my naked body to her associate. I got up and said, "what the hell?" I was encouraged to lay back down and she resumed her brutal "massage." It was painful, and I never for one second felt safe. My massage was finished, I left the room, was offered a cup of water, which I declined and the therapist says, "Tip?" I responded that I would not be tipping her and that I was very unpleased with my experience. She shouted, "What? I do massage, you tip!" I left the building. Two days later my back is still sore to the touch from the incredibly brutal way that this person "massaged" me. It was horrible. I've had hundreds of massages, all over the world. Mila Massage is finally open and I needed a high quality massage from someone who knew what they were doing so I decided to take a chance and made a visit as a walk-in. I am glad I did. For those of you who have never had a high quality foot massage, you would be very surprised by how gosh darn good that is. I missed out on the foot massage as that person was busy and I wanted to get a combo but got an hour massage instead with a hot stone bonus, so next time I will make an appointment. Never the less, I experienced everything I could have hoped for and left refreshed, renewed and VERY relaxed both physically and mentally. The atmosphere is very soothing and serene and there is no question that the therapist instinctively knew where I needed healing and with what pressure. Mila has easy parking and is quiet due to the proximity from the street. They do have a very nice shower if you wish to get squeaky clean after a body massage but the oils they use if you like that, I find are very pleasing on the skin and fragrance free.
