I told them regular multiple times and they tried to up charge me for deep tissue after I specifically said no I don't want deep tissue multiple times. They also have shorted me 5-10 minutes from the massage time every time I've been recently. I kept going thinking it would get better and maybe it was a rough patch but it hasn't. Pretty disappointed. To top it off they griped about a 30% tip even with the issue above - mind blowing. I guess it's time to find another company.

I looked them up on Yelp and found them online. 1st thing I will say it was fantastic experience and well worth the cost of the service. I felt super comfortable and they were very professional and my massage was great. Looking forward to doing it again possibly next time I'm here next month. I came because I was having sore muscles throughout my body most likely from my deteriorating health and kidney failure however I left feeling very good. FYI the address on yelp is wrong as is actually at 1101 W Hibiscus Blvd.

Had I tried it earlier, I would've switched so much sooner! It was cozy and comfortable, and Barbara seemed very knowledgeable about what she was doing. She even used some extra tools that would help me the most. Absolutely loved it - exactly what I needed! And quick! I was able to get in the same day I called (even as soon as 15 minutes after I called if I wanted it!) The only minuscule thing that caused a bit of issue was the building, and how it was a little hard to tell where this place was, but if you follow your intuition (and park at the massage sign), you'll find it with no problems!

Through the Booksy app they listed several appointments open and I signed up for one and then without notice the appointment was canceled . I quickly signed up for a different appointment on a different day, she then called me to discuss . She talked about the different services she offers and everything sounded great. She said that she would touch base before the end of that business day to confirm or if there were any issues and I did not hear from her. I reached out several times a day by phone, voicemail and text to confirm the next day, no return call or text . Heard nothing. THREE HOURS before my scheduled service she cancels my appointment and asks if I can come on Tuesday Instead! In our discussion the day before she never mentioned that and only discussed this weekend. She also said she didn't have her phone on so she didn't see my messages -it's a business how do you disengage from it for almost a day when you have appointments open? When I texted her to please make this right and to be professional and get back to me, she ghosted me and went silent. She offered no correction or explanation. Nothing. There are too many good people out there who are willing to provide excellent service for me to be putting up with flaky people who can't keep an appointment for their own business to survive . Business is slow? Well maybe if you didn't flake out and cancel on customers two days in a row or post appointment times you are unable to keep, that would not be the case. She came as a referral from another business, which is sad and embarrassing.
