My second time there I got a pedicure and the man doing my pedicure, suck his hands extremely far at my legs almost into my shorts. The last time I went, my nails, came out very thick and a bad shape. I tried to give this nail salon, a fair shot because my first two times going they did a great job on my nails But third strike you're out.

I genuinely trust both ladies. The studio is clean, they're punctual, and you can tell they really care about providing a great experience. Love the waxers, Naja and Ileana, but the policies are definitely a HUGE SCAM. I had a monthly…read moremembership and, because I didn't come in every month, I accumulated several unused credits. When I brought a friend in and tried to use my credits to cover both of our services, I was told that wasn't allowed. This was confusing, as the membership agreement clearly states: "Unused paid services in membership can be used as store credit. Store credit can be gifted to one spouse, sibling, parent, or friend." What isn't made clear is that the only way to convert those unused services into store credit is to cancel your membership -- which means forfeiting the monthly service you've already paid for. Additionally, the gifted credits can only be used by someone who already has an account. Those important limitations are not obvious upfront. Very disappointed in the ethics of this business.

My eyebrows are still sore and it's been over 24 hours. Maybe I am sensitive ‍ The thing that really bothered me though was the girl didn't ask me before taking away half of my eyebrows. I have naturally thicker eyebrows which I love and I typically just clean up the edges when I get them done to give them a nice shape. This girl gave me the thinnest eyebrows I've ever had, and I just feel like we should've talked about it before she took the hair away. You can always do more but you can't undo what's already been done. The price is also a bit steep. I remember when eyebrows used to be $8-10. I paid $20 including a small tip. Overall, not the worst experience ever but I probably won't come back
