When I arrived at 2:55, I was told my appointment was at 1:00 and when the office worker heard me she walked over to the window and denied telling me it was at 3:00. The doctors, PA's and the rest of the staff are all great, but the frustration this one person caused me over a two week period was enough for me, I'm done with this practice.
