I believe her name was Sophia. Maybe Sophie, I'm not sure. I was in her chair for a total of five minutes before she "finished." The first four minutes were her finding different ways to ask me questions in the form of insults. For example, "do you go to bed with your hair matted to your head? & do you use a lot of styling products in your hair? Do you go to bed with it wet in a knot??" And other ridiculous questions along the same lines. Obviously, I knew that my hair needed care, hence that was why I was there in the first place. On my birthday, to add insult to injury. The only good thing was when I asked her how much it was, she said it's it's OK. So I didn't have to pay for not getting a haircut? That's cool. And I get it, even if she was trying to tell me that she couldn't fix it, she could have just said I am unable to keep your length while also trimming off the dead ends. But no, instead she tried to just point out how horrible my hair was in her "professional" opinion. Horrible. read more
