Very busy salon I guess with a short staff situation and seated customers also adding on services as they are in the chair. I'm seated with my feet in water for 50 minutes without any sort of a pedicure. The water is nice, blue and the massage chairs provide a massage, but other than that, disappointing there is not enough staff. Wanted to love my pedicure here... but just could not get past the lack of cleanliness. Especially the use of tools that hadn't been sanitized and a foot file that had clearly been used on someone else (yes, it was covered in dead skin scrapings) and not cleaned! There were also no plastic liners used on the foot baths which I though was standard practice these days!! Unfortunately, even though the massage and polish job were great, I just could never see myself coming back here and risking a fungus or infection. Too bad as the employees seemed great! read more

After my horrible experience across the street at Posh Nails, it was a breath of fresh air to come into Spa 7. Every single staff member was welcoming and friendly and their facility was very nice! Full bar in the back was icing on the cake- but the customer service is what will bring me back again. I asked for a full set and pedicure both with gel and the owner said it would be 87$ so I had a woman do my nails and she took literally 3 hours because she was going so slow ! I asked for a basic pedicure and she started putting warm towels on my legs which seemed like a lot more then basic and I have never had a pedicure so I didn't know... anyway we go up to the register and she says it'll be 100$ so I said why and she said that's how much it costs. So they lied to me. 3 days into my relaxing vacation the acrylics started coming off. I called spa 7 and the owner said you paid and to go somewhere else if you have an issue then he hung up. Completely horrible service, horrible cost, horrible business owners. May I also add while they interview people they ask if they have friends at posh ( the nail place across the street) I know that because I was going to work at spa 7 until my shitty experience. I had went to spa 7 before and decided to drive 40 minutes from my home to get a gel manicure and a pedicure before a wedding. Within two days one of my finger nails had chipped. Not even a week later 5 of them were chipped and several of my toenails had chipped. This was not my first time having my nails done and I knew this wasn't normal. My nails have never chipped like this in the year and a half I have been getting them done regularly. I had asked two family members who have been to school for nails about why this happened and what to do. I called the salon and explained the situation and was told I would have to pay for the nails to be done (I had already paid $70 a week prior for the service) and was told to come into the salon. I went into the salon and the owner was rude. He looked at my nails and told me it was my own fault and I had been too rough. (I had not done anything different in the last week than I have before). I asked if they could be fixed and he said yeah when you call and make an appointment. I was going to be charged a second time to get my nails one a week and a half after they had already been done. I went to another salon and the nail tech told me exactly why they had chipped. Customer satisfaction and customer service is lacking at this salon. I would NOT recommend this salon to anyone, nor will I ever return. I'll take my business elsewhere. read more

If you're looking for a nice, serene place, THIS ISN'T IT! Two TVs are tuned to different channels (and are very loud) and the staff communicates by yelling across the room. I went in for a mani-pedi and came out with a sloppy polish job on my feet. The "foot massage" consisted of batting at my heels a few times. The nail tech forgot me at the drying table! After 40 minutes of waiting, another nail tech asked me if I was ready to pay. I said I wanted a manicure as well (I had made an appointment a few days in advance for both services). She looked around nervously and told me my tech had a full schedule and was with another customer. I gave her the money (which she put in a drawer and offered me no receipt) and got the h outta there. Six hours later, my polish was chipping. They offer a decent variety of colors, but most of the bottles are close to empty. Also, it's CASH ONLY and there is no computer/point of sale system (RED FLAG). read more

Came here last weekend for pedicures. We wanted to finally try spa 7 because we heard they had a liquor license and thought that was an awesome idea (more spas need to follow suit!). The atmosphere was typical nail salon. They gave us each a glass of wine with the pedicure as a promotion which was a nice added touch. Beyond that they pedicures were just average. The women that did my feet was really rough and I said ouch a few times. Also, she wasn't very friendly like you think you would need to be to work in this industry. But my feet turned out good so I'll overlook it. My mom had Terri and I would totally suggest her. Good at what she does and was very friendly and funny. I'll be back because the prices are fair to give them another chance! read more

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE - EVER! At the urging of friends, I've attempted to visit this salon several times. I tried SPA 7 when they first opened and have never been pleased with the results. But, my friends recommended it so highly I thought - what the heck - I'll give it another try. Tan, the owner, makes it INCREDIBLY difficult to make an appointment. He's rude, inconsiderate and clearly unconcerned with losing customers. It's shameful how he treats the "regular" population. Unless you're a member of the who's who in Strongsville/Cleveland, he could really care less whether or not he can "get you in" and will treat you as if you're beneath him. His poor attitude will certainly lead to dissatisfied clients. I called several times to make an appointment with a specific nail technician. Interestingly,the first time I called he claimed there was no one by that name that works there. The next time, she was completely booked. I asked for how long and his answer: "For long time". Called a third time in hopes that "he" wouldn't answer. And I got lucky! Made an appointment with the Nail Tech I wanted and was looking forward to my dip manicure and pedicure with her. On the day of the appointment, I was running a few minutes late. So, I took the time to call the salon and let them know I hit some unexpected traffic and was going to be about 5 minutes late. Five minutes, friends! Now, I could have just shown up late but that's not me. As a courtesy to Spa 7, I called to let them know - big mistake. Tan answered - RUDE again. I said who I was and why I was calling. He said: Who's this? I repeated myself and he said: "What you want?" , told him the reason for my call and he proceeded to tell me that he didn't think they would be able to get me in now because they are so busy. Now mind you, I have a scheduled appointment with a specific person and we're talking 5 minutes late folks - not 5 hours, 5 minutes! Most people would have just shown up late but I called. I proceeded to tell him what I thought of the establishment and his practices and that I would NEVER and I mean NEVER step foot in his place of business ever. His tone and attitude were rude and unnecessary. He lost a customer for good now and I'll be sure to spread the word about how awful his customer service is. read more

Please please please do NOT get your hair cut here! The only person who cuts hair is Valerie and she BUTCHERED my hair. I asked for a trim and to shape up my layers and she just cut any old way. I look hideous! The bottom layer juts out from the rest nothing is blended or even. I could see she was hesitant while cutting and tried to talk to her about what it was she was doing. She insisted I not worry. I SHOULD JUST SHAVE MY HEAD! Never going back.!Be warned, ladies! You can't just stick a hair chair in a mail salon and trust the persone knows what she's doin. I don't know how there could be a bad review on this place. Sometimes we pick the wrong color... show up late or can't handle sarcasm. I love after a week of working hard I can grab a glass of wine while getting my nails done by very qualified and personable technicians. If you don't know what you want they will help guide you. They are all proud of the finished product. Something else I have to say is every time I go there ... there is at least a party of 8 getting g their nails done. It's not stuffy but real. Spa 7 has the best service I have ever received! All the nail technicians do an amazing job and I never have to wait long. When I get a pedicure, it's nice to have a glass of wine and relax. They have so many nail polishes it's hard to choose! I don't know how there are any negative reviews about this place because not like other nail salons they always put the client first and make you walk out feel amazing! If I could give the salon zero stars I would. First off be prepared to pay with cash or check as they do not take credit cards. Second it is absolutely filthy. Third if you make an appointment still be prepared to wait. I got a shellac polish change and a toe polish change which totaled to be more than $39. My French polish on my fingers look like a child did it. Clearly over priced and inexperienced nail technicians might as well go to a beauty school because at least they have an excuse. read more

I hated this place. I went in for a pedicure and got a seat and a soak right away, which was nice. It sucked from there. The guy who did my pedicure kept yanking my foot into an awkward position to me, but a position he wanted, and he was kind of mean about it. I have had tons of pedicures before, and never had that happen. Then when we got to the polish he kept thinning it. At the time I figured it was perhaps the bottom of the bottle and gloppy (tho thinking back I did not pick a nearly empty bottle), but that was not the issue. They were being cheap. The pedicure only lasted a couple days before it started chipping. And of course they want cash to avoid taxes I guess. I hated this place and will never go back. read more

horrible! tech pulled an ingrown toe nail out without asking me or telling me he was going to do it! now i have an infected toe nail, they never apologized, and manager "tan" laughed at me and asked me what i was going to do? assembly line horror story. hated it. this is my 3rd time trying this place out... obviously never again. now i hope the swelling and pain settle on my toe and do not have to see a physician for it. do not go here, not relaxing and they inflict pain without prior consent. read more

I went with my mom and cousin recently and had a great experience with my tech Kim (she was new,had just recently started). She was super sweet and did a great job on my mani/pedi.I especially love how she trimmed /filed my nails where they don't catch on things and how to do my pedicure since im pregnant (not sure that I believe the whole touching the wrong spot can induce early labor but better safe then sorry).My cousin seemed to have a good experience with her pedicure as well. However my mom who was just getting an acrylic fill had a poor experience. We all had appointments they were way late taking her and the owner rudely almost passed over her to take a walk-in who he knew. I was shopping at the mall nearby and my friend begged me to come here! This place is nice and GREAT prices BUT the tech I had introduced herself as val. I will never be coming back to this place as it was crowded, the parking was awful and that tech was rude, snotty and did a terrible terrible job on my toes! They need to get nicer employees that know what they are doing and treat the paying customer properly. They always try to talk to you into something more expensive. read more
