Ally was wonderful with both kitties. She sent us emails each day with a detailed update and incredible photos. After the first update, I knew our kitties would have a great week - with good attention and play each day with Ally. Ally also took care of the house - bringing in mail and lots of packages and watering the plants. Everything was in excellent order. I'm so happy to have found such an excellent pet sitting service for my kitties. Now, I know I can go out of town with the peace of mind that our kitties will receive fantastic care.

As we arrived, we were greeted warmly by the staff members and were told that if we had any questions then they would be more than happy to assist. They also offered treats for our fur babies which is always a bonus! The store was neatly organized with plenty of walking space for owners and their pets to roam around. We came specifically for some birthday hats and accessories and were pleased to find it close to the entrance. As we were trying different hats, one of the employees Arrow offered to take some pictures of our birthday girl and told us that they offered a birthday goodie bag. We were delighted to hear this as who doesn't want to spoil their precious puppy on their special day? It took only a few minutes for them to get us a bag and Arrow also mentioned that we get 25% off treats, toys and food that could be used with the same year. What a steal! We decided to get them some hides (our dog picked them out for his sister and himself) and dog food. We came in for a birthday hat but left happily with much more. The genuine care for their customers and pets was very clear. From friendly and professional customer service, all types of products, and one of those neat water dispensers for dogs and cats was fantastic! We will be back!

My dogs eyelids have insanely curly fur that will go straight into his eyes if it's not kept closely clipped My dog always seems to be happy to come out of the car and into the salon, which has not always been the case. My dog can be mighty and unpredictable and even aggressive and somehow or other, they are able to give him an experience that he is enthusiastic to come back to again and again They are able to accommodate my desire for the longer fur in the cold and wet months and then a shorter coat for summer. I'm from Los Angeles where it's hard to find groomers who are still willing to work on cats, but best friends has a cat groomer that comes multiple times a week and they have been really great with my older also somewhat aggressive cat getting and keeping him Matt free without a full body, shave in his senior years as he grooms himself less often. She loves to bark and gets very scared/nervous. The technicians and vets have always taken their time with Winnie and helped calm her down. I really appreciate how well they treat my girl. One vet tech even got down on the ground with Winnie and tried make her feel more at ease around her. One thing I love about this clinic is that they're open on Saturdays. These people are the worst! They are not "dog people" and don't have any of the joy, warmth,…read morecompassion or flexibility that comes with loving and caring well for dogs. They are incredibly inflexible and lack customer service to even fool me into thinking they like dogs. Some examples: My first day there my dog was excited and went up to the owner wagging his tail trying to greet her, and she responded that she couldn't pet him "because she just put lotion on her hands" WTF you own a dog daycare? This happens every time we drop off...the people working there don't even get up from the desk to say hello to him or verbally greet him...and he is a SWEET and well behaved dog. Also I asked if they have puppy cams like other daycares so we can watch our dogs and they replied that the "wifi isn't strong enough". Multiple times they have been inflexible with small and reasonable drop off accommodations that are standard fare at other daycares I use. I asked if they could let my dog watch me leave before whisking him into the back to help with his separation anxiety (takes all of thirty seconds). Even when there are absolutely no other customers there they find the need to remind me of how "unworkable" this accommodation is. Most recently, I was four days late paying an invoice and they called me to remind me about it THREE TIMES, and also emailed me. All other daycares I use bill weekly or biweekly, and I"m used to paying invoices as such. I understand if their policy is due at time of service, but it is the way they went about handling the situation that was incredibly offputting. This place has NO LOVE, NO HEART, NO SOUL, and definitely won't get my business anymore.

We have been regular goers to Pawbillion, but after this last time we will not be going anymore…read more To start, the staff are lovely and kind to both us and our dog. However, multiple times now the grooming service has taken 5+ hours. The last time, we dropped our pup off at 12:40PM for a 1:00PM appointment for him not to be done until 6:00PM when Pawbillion closes. Not only did our pup take 5 hours to be groomed, but the result was poor. His head barely looked like it got worked on and his paws look like horse hooves with how they cut in between the paw pads. It is unfortunate because we have liked going and found the staff to be great to both customers and dogs. Seeing 10+ dogs leave the groomer before ours even got worked on means that our dog was sitting in a pen for at least three hours before he was attended to. And yes, we were sitting in the parking lot for 2 hours thinking our pup would be done around the 4PM timeframe (3+ hours, a more common time for a grooming) so we saw exactly how many other dogs got groomed before hours while ours just sat in a pen... If you book a customer for a 1PM appointment, then don't overbook which makes dogs just sit there. Very disappointing.
