As we arrived, we were greeted warmly by the staff members and were told that if we had any questions then they would be more than happy to assist. They also offered treats for our fur babies which is always a bonus! The store was neatly organized with plenty of walking space for owners and their pets to roam around. We came specifically for some birthday hats and accessories and were pleased to find it close to the entrance. As we were trying different hats, one of the employees Arrow offered to take some pictures of our birthday girl and told us that they offered a birthday goodie bag. We were delighted to hear this as who doesn't want to spoil their precious puppy on their special day? It took only a few minutes for them to get us a bag and Arrow also mentioned that we get 25% off treats, toys and food that could be used with the same year. What a steal! We decided to get them some hides (our dog picked them out for his sister and himself) and dog food. We came in for a birthday hat but left happily with much more. The genuine care for their customers and pets was very clear. From friendly and professional customer service, all types of products, and one of those neat water dispensers for dogs and cats was fantastic! We will be back!

They are able to get us in within a few days or schedule several months out at a time emergency attention to eye crusty with same or next day Request if you have a white dog who gets goopy eyes that can get sealed shut or infected, if you know then you know this is an important feature. My dogs eyelids have insanely curly fur that will go straight into his eyes if it's not kept closely clipped My dog always seems to be happy to come out of the car and into the salon, which has not always been the case. My dog can be mighty and unpredictable and even aggressive and somehow or other, they are able to give him an experience that he is enthusiastic to come back to again and again They are able to accommodate my desire for the longer fur in the cold and wet months and then a shorter coat for summer. I'm from Los Angeles where it's hard to find groomers who are still willing to work on cats, but best friends has a cat groomer that comes multiple times a week and they have been really great with my older also somewhat aggressive cat getting and keeping him Matt free without a full body, shave in his senior years as he grooms himself less often. I will try to update with a picture after our next groom.

Every staff we've encountered has made us feel like our puppy is special and so loved! Recently, our puppy hurt her paw, and Aloe and her team actually cleaned and took care of our puppy as her own for so many days, not just once. I can not express how impressed and appreciative I am of Scamper's staff.

These people are the worst! They are not "dog people" and don't have any of the joy, warmth,…read morecompassion or flexibility that comes with loving and caring well for dogs. They are incredibly inflexible and lack customer service to even fool me into thinking they like dogs. Some examples: My first day there my dog was excited and went up to the owner wagging his tail trying to greet her, and she responded that she couldn't pet him "because she just put lotion on her hands" WTF you own a dog daycare? This happens every time we drop off...the people working there don't even get up from the desk to say hello to him or verbally greet him...and he is a SWEET and well behaved dog. Also I asked if they have puppy cams like other daycares so we can watch our dogs and they replied that the "wifi isn't strong enough". Multiple times they have been inflexible with small and reasonable drop off accommodations that are standard fare at other daycares I use. I asked if they could let my dog watch me leave before whisking him into the back to help with his separation anxiety (takes all of thirty seconds). Even when there are absolutely no other customers there they find the need to remind me of how "unworkable" this accommodation is. Most recently, I was four days late paying an invoice and they called me to remind me about it THREE TIMES, and also emailed me. All other daycares I use bill weekly or biweekly, and I"m used to paying invoices as such. I understand if their policy is due at time of service, but it is the way they went about handling the situation that was incredibly offputting. This place has NO LOVE, NO HEART, NO SOUL, and definitely won't get my business anymore.

We stopped in for some doggy hand treats, doing an exchange for more chicken based from a beef liver based that was harder to use. My daughter couldn't find her email receipt to do the exchange, but the cashier/associate was able to look up the purchase based on the phone number and do the exchange without much problem. It did take a bit of time, so I had the opportunity to walk around the large store. Besides pet supplies for cats and dogs, it also sells/services fish and reptiles, including live bait and food. There is a Banfield Pet Hospital inside as well. Banfield and PetSmart continue to have a partnership (even though PetSmart no longer owns Banfield). We used to use them for our dog years ago, and learned that Banfield really depends on the veterinarian or chief of staff at the clinic. To complete a pet owner's need, the location also has a 'doggieday camp' and petshotel (overnight). My daughter told me that since last year, the the petshotel no longer has an employee overnight on-site. I also learned that Chewy was at one point, owned by Petsmart, but they split apart into separate entities. Chewy (as primarily an ecommerce company) now has greater net sales than Petsmart (2023)...really shows how ecommerce in many cases has overtaken retail for product (i.e. food) that works well on a subscription model.
