The eye doctor's office is a separate business from the front sales area. I suggest calling ahead for an appointment. I was given the wrong prescription once, but that was 9-10 years ago. They did replace my lenses for free when that happened. The other doctors have been nice. Not as amazing as my eye doctor in Boston, whom was in business for 40 years, but I would not expect a mall location to compare. At the front of the store sales people have given me great customer care, and have been pretty interesting. When I needed to get a pair of glasses made the same day, before flying out of the country, they only had the most expensive lenses available in my prescription. They gave me a big discount to make up the cost.

The phrase bait and switch comes to mind. Very fast talkers and I ended up paying a lot for a rather cheap product. I do give kudos to the staff for making minimal repairs (i.e. bent bows, loose screws) quickly and adeptly. I think my issues are more with a corporate feel to the place...like people are told to confuse people so they spend more. That could be just me, but I won't go back there.

I used to get really dry eyes and painful allergies affecting my eyes. I could always stop in and get prescription eye drops from the dr. They have a large variety of frames there and I always find glasses I like. I also bought some cool clear nose pads to keep my glasses off my cheeks and makeup. My only complaint is the glasses I ordered was apparently a RayBan brand, which I had no idea. I just picked the one that fit and looked the best on me. When I received the new pair of glasses with lens I noticed there was some brand etching in the lens on the right lens; right top, and the left lens; left middle. As cool as this may look, I can see it in my field of view and looks like smudges. I didn't notice it until after a couple hours after my fitting. I did not agree to have this on my lens from the beginning. But I will need to get used to it likely. Otherwise, my experience in-store was awesome! I highly recommend this place.

I have been going to Eye Care Associates for 30 years and this past year the competence of the new optician has hit rock bottom. From not saving my new order and reordering what was on file using the wrong benefit plan, to telling me that had the benefit reverse and attempting to place a new order they couldn't get it right. After over 3 weeks I gave up. Rodie is stuck cleaning up their incompetent mess and getting my benefits straightened out. I will continue to see the doctors there, but not order glasses or contact lenses at the office. Also, the way the younger staff dresses it appears like they roll out of bed and pull on what ever clothes are on the floor. Their appearance doesn't instill confidence.

I am so glad I did!! Suzi and Ryan are THE BEST!! I get migraines 3 days a week and noticed a brochure on their counter about these magical glasses that help reduce migraines. I tried them out for a week and NOT ONE MIGRAINE!! So I bought them and I've had them over a month now and I haven't had an actual migraine in A MONTH! I had a really bad headache a few days ago and was thinking I'm not going to make it to work, put the glasses on, less than two minutes later, no headache. NOTHING! MAGICAL!! She went back and forth between myself and our insurance and was able to provide my son the glasses that he needed to drive home safely within an hour! I called several places in Flagstaff to see if they had a lab on the premises and if they could produce glasses same day, but was out of luck with everyone I tried until calling Highline Eye Care (which was recommended to me on Facebook).
