My eye glasses broke as we were traveling through and it was really difficult for me. I called to…read moresee if there was an appointment needed and they said I could just come in which I did. I was seen right away and they fixed and cleaned my glasses at no charges and with a smile! Highly recommended!!!!

There's a little drive-in in Small Town, UT that I like. For a few years they had a banner up that…read moreproclaimed "Voted third-best burger in SE Utah!" I always figured they had a good sense of humor, and grasped the irony of advertising that. I get the feeling though, that Flagstaff Eye Care doesn't understand that "Best Eyecare in Flagstaff" isn't the flex they think it is. I mean, if you want the best of last century's technology, go for it. If you like being upcharged for the Optoscan that my last three optometrists offered standard in the price of a visit, help yourself. If you enjoy arguing with the business manager about the bill for walking out because you don't like being dilated, dyed, and numbed, which I freely admit I did, then this is the place for you. I'm a semi-annual user of optometry and I haven't been dilated or numbed in over a decade. All the reviews say the doctors are good, but I never made it that far. The front end of the business is putting up barriers to getting that care, and they need to fix that. So go ahead and book an appointment, but you'll have plenty of time to think about it, because they're booked out about three months, and good for them! After all, it's worth the wait for the Best Eye Care in Flagstaff. Right??

After a horrible experience at the place over by the old WalMart, I decided to bring my old frames…read morein and get the new prescription put in the old (beloved/awesome) frames; I've done this before and had no bad experiences, but last year in Covid-paranoia land they wouldn't do it. But his year they would. yay! Wearing a mask, so my glasses are all foggy, I went in, had a very nice experience with the young lady who helped me pick out all the things I needed - like, these frames require the polycarbonate lenses, scratch-insurance, etc. My glasses will be ready BY the 30th. Great. So I get an email, a text, a call, an SMS message -- all telling me my new glasses are in. EARLY Hot Diggity Dog!. I go to the mall, all the stores on that side are closed; quite the creepy walk. They open the glasses-case. Not My Quite Expensive Frames! Not only Not My Glasses, they're some dude's horrible 70s-era-looking huge clunky things. Bill Haverchuck wore these in Freaks&Geeks, I think! Now I'm upset. They tell me they'll look with the lab, (no on-site lab anymore, sux) the other stores all over the state. They WILL find my glasses. Nope. 3 days later, the store manager calls me, says come in pick out new frames, they'll express my glasses. Guaranteed still by the 30th. I got a call Saturday Morning (the 30th), they "found" my old glasses, come get them. I get there... not my old frames, new Rx in the Technolite frames I'd picked out on Wednesday. It's nice that I now have glasses I can wear without getting a headache, but I don't really appreciate being lied to. So, overall. I got glasses I can wear, but they LOST my frames then lied to me about finding them.

Made an appointment online, never got a confirmation so I called & got AI. I drove an hr to make it to this appointment & all I got was a "sorry you can reschedule".
