Used Southwest Sedan car service for a girls' night our recently, and was thoroughly impressed! When I called to book the reservation, Jeffrey was extremely courteous and informative on the phone, letting me know what I would be paying upfront. When the car showed up, it looked amazing and our driver was early (which was a relief), extremely professional, and friendly, helping all of us in.. I was extremely excited when I saw a free bottle of champagne for me and my friends as soon as we took off from the house; now I'm not sure if they do that for everyone or not, but it definitely unexpected and appreciated! The service was exceptional from the time I picked up the phone and booked the reservation, until we were all dropped off safely back at home at the end of the night! read more

Jeffrey and his team at SW Sedan were a life saver. The CEO of our company needed a cab to take him to the airport in Phoenix. His schedule was very unpredictable, so he only gave us about two hours to find a cab. After calling probably 8 different cab services with bad numbers or pushing me off the phone when they heard our timeframe, I was finally referred to SW Sedan. Jeffrey was nice, attentive and immediately called one of his drivers to see if they could pick up my boss. He called back within five minutes with a driver ready, despite the very short notice. They arrived on time and it went as smoothly for my boss as Jeffrey said it would. These guys are the bomb. If anyone needs a cab in the Phoenix area, I highly recommend SW Sedan! read more

My wife and I have used Southwest Sedan for a number of years. We have consistently been very happy with their service. When I contact them to arrange service, they respond very quickly. No matter the pick up time, Jeffrey or one of his other employees are in my driveway a few minutes ahead of time. This is even true when we have had early morning flights which required 4 or 5 AM pick up times. The drivers are friendly, and their vehicles are clean and comfortable. On return flights after a long trip, it is nice to have someone waiting baggage claim for us who will drop us off almost literally at our front door. We have been very pleased with their service and will continue to use them when traveling to and from the airport. read more

We didn't us a Groupon. This company was recommended to us by people who use them all the time. We flew into Phoenix from UK on British Air. They met us right on time, inside the terminal, no problems it was great. The driver showed us around a bit, no extra charge, and then took us to our resort. What a great way to start our holiday with such a funny and entertaining driver. We also gave us comp tickets to a comedy show and he was one of the comedians. We mentioned the company to the resort and they said they used them many times and people always talked about how much fun they have with them. I travel all over the world and I would put them in the top 5 of transportation companies I have used. read more

I called for info about transportation and right away I could tell this was not going to be a "usual" call. I was talking to the owner and he was so funny and helpful. He did tewll me that he actually is a "stand-up comedian" and former HS teacher. I must have been on the phone with him for about 5 minutes, got all my info, made my reservation, and enjoyed being entertained. He picked me up the next day, on time, and he had me laughing all the way to the airport. What a fun experience, thanks to Southwest Sedan Service my trip back East for a family member who was ill, was not nearly as bad as it could have been. It's nice to have a company that is reliable and fun. read more

I have used a number of black car services from and to the airport but it only took one ride to convince us that Southwest Sedan they are the ONLY service we will continue to rely on for transportation from/to the airport on time. The fleet of cars are new and clean, unlike some relics of limousines out there that look like they have attended far too many graduations. I can rest assured that when I get confirmation of a booked ride that one of his professional drivers will be waiting for me. We travel a fair bit to our vacation home here in the south and can honestly state that Southwest Sedan is the #1 service provider we employ. read more

I'm on the opposite end of the spectrum in my experience with Southwest Sedan Service. I've utilized Jeffrey's car service for about 5 years now, and right from the start he has provided excellent service - even the first time I called him on extremely short notice to get me to Sky Harbor. That initial call was based on a recommendation by a receptionist where I was working at the time, and I've used the service ever since with nothing but great, on time service. The cars are clean and comfortable, the drivers polite and customer oriented, and any jokes shared have entertained vs. being offensive in any way. read more

We had a two-week vacation coming up and were flying out of Sky Harbor airport. When we looked at the cost of two weeks in economy parking at the airport, we decided to go with a limo service for a few bucks more. Southwest Sedans had good reviews and were in the middle price range compared to other services, so we booked with them. They were right on time, had courteous drivers, and clean comfortable cars. Next year when our vacation will be the usual one-week, we'll use them again despite the extra cost over economy parking. They just made the whole travel experience much more convenient and enjoyable. read more

Best sedan/limo service in Metro Phoenix. Jeffrey (the owner) is also a stand-up comic who can be seen in Phoenix, Scottsdale, LA and Las Vegas. He jokes about trying new material on his clients, but doesn't know if the new material is making them laugh or they just don't want to be dropped off in the desert. He has used that line for years, Kristina, some people just don't understand when someone is telling a joke. As for Thanksgiving, they had a very limited staff to handle just the regular clients and not able to handle new clients for that day. read more

I travel for work often and use Southwest Sedan Car Service for rides to and from the airport. Regardless of which driver picks me up or which car I ride in, the service is consistently excellent. The cars are always immaculate. The drivers are always courteous, professionally dressed, and pleasant to chat with (if I feel like talking). The drivers are also always punctual, never once late in years of service. I highly recommend this car service. Clean, professional and dependable - every single time. read more

I only wish I could give this creep less stars. If you like being harassed by a want to be comedian this is the way to go. He says he is the owner but this Jeffrey guy I'm pretty sure he is the ONLY employee and used this 'company' as the only way to get s loan for a decent car. He will make your wife/daughter/sister/mother very upset as he say inappropriateand unfunny 'jokes' the whole time. I don't think they're still in business and I hope to god this is true. read more

I live 40+ miles from Sky Harbor and have travelled there too frequently for business trips over the past several years. Southwest Sedan has made the trip to and from the airport much easier and worry-free. It's great to be met at baggage claim and not have to jockey luggage while figuring out which door and which side to meet the driver. For a hassle-free trip to the airport, use Southwest Sedan. read more

My rides have always been on time, and the vehicles have been top-notch (a nice Chrysler 300 and a nice new SUV, can't remember the make/model). The owner has always shown up as my driver, and I have been pleased with his driving and conversation. He also does standup comedy work, so I would take any off-the-wall comment he makes as a joke (note to the previous reviewer). read more

We reserved Southwest Sedan Service for an evening out for our corporate group from Houston. The service was excellent and the Sedans, SUVs new. The drivers were very professional. The evening was a success and I would highly recommend this transportation company again. read more
