Then, an ACE technician had to program the key to my car. They did this in the parking lot. The cost for my key was $99.99. This was the first time I was ever in ACE Hardware in the Foothills. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The store itself is neatly organized with a variety of different products for home and garden. I wish I had ventured into ACE sooner, because it is definitely an alternative to Lowe's or Home Depot for my projects, and very convenient for Foothills residents. The older I get, the more I rely on practical convenience and the goodwill of other people.

Having been in several locations in multiple states, I'd have to say this was my biggest let down…read morein a TSC ever. Occasionally I have issues locating items in a TSC store and typically there's a friendly, red vested, associate to guide me on my journey. This was one of those days where I couldn't find what I was looking for. I know they carry it, I just can't find it. So off I go to find the red vest..... searching...... searching..... searching.... nothing! I did three laps in the store looking for help and there was none to be had. I needed three things and found one of three, one I couldn't locate, and the third was out of stock.. empty shelf. I returned the one item I found to the shelf where I found it and left with nothing. Upon walking around and on my way out I noticed that the store was pretty picked clean. There were a lot of empty spots throughout the store. Definitely not the situations I'm used to at the other locations I've visited. Sorry TSC, I'm off to see the guys in the Orange vests across town. Half star for convenient location, one for the friendly cashier that greeted me with a smile on the way in, and a half star for the hot dog guy in the parking lot!
