I had it all scheduled for delivery and had asked just for a one day delivery warning so I can have my schedule for being home . This didn't happen I had the driver Brian said I am heading your way see you soon ? I had to reschedule and caught grief from the delivery driver because he already loaded it which I totally understand but then he gave me a two week out notice to reschedule which I did . I had it for beginning of May but no call or show up on the delivery from quartz site . I called curt he couldn't help and the delivery driver and installer said he had an opportunity for delivery on May 22 great thank you I really appreciate it . He showed up he unloaded the g rage And I was looking at it and asked why it's so faded and dull looking he had no idea just it was brand new . Hoping for the best I let him continue with the installation well it's really a operation and impressive one at that a robot lift did the complete command of the movement like pulling a sled in the snow but unfortunately it scratched and broke my concrete floor outside in my r v parking . Then it's in the yard now and he tells me don't put it on your gravel or it void's warranty so it's sitting on my r v parking ok curve ball . I took pictures of the area and the video before hand to Curt who said it fits perfectly on your gravel great didn't happen . So the driver nice man seemed to me said ok check it out and sign off for me sir ok let's look omg crack man door opens out not in ok wth 1 nails all in the sub floor sticking up a corner inch dangerous stuff 2 the next week we got heavy rain here in havasu leaks water inside black mold now this is June now . I call warranty a gentleman named frank domes out says I will move it wherever you want you work with me I work with you means he wants cash to move it I said pass . I want it fixed the blk mold and the paint 3 the man door 4 th the face was broken by lift which the driver said never happened before it's a warranty issue . Frank said he will come back fix everything once he returns to lake havasu area I waited waited until I had to it all the nails down and get door to close . Hurrah he came back after back and forth with somebody a lady that said warranty dropped the ball ??? He can back screwed down the metal to garage door entry but a board pancaked onto the broken board he got man door to open and close somewhat smoothly for a few try's and split . It's still got blk mold bad paint and a bad face to garage door and man door he needs to complete the repair but he just didn't and never came back poor warranty and communication nice man but it stops there . So I call to get off the lease and ask for a discount because it arrived damaged with pictures to verify that and the driver on video telling me it's damaged and I have warranty don't worry .! I waited on hold she came back said no discount and I should have refused delivery but I never did that . I paid it off before the first payment in full but I had no choice they wanted over 25 percent interest on the shed well over 8 k so it was going to be over 12 k . I paid it off . The seller Curt never checked in with any step including anything he just was mr friendly on phone to get that sale and full of promises that never came through on anything other than taking my information and getting his sale and then giving me a damaged garage . If I had a time machine I would not do business with Curt ever again honestly a big mistake on my side and my self educated guess he was good business man he is far from my opinion of a good business person . Yeah I have my garage but it leaks has blk mold looks older than my house that was built in 1979 and the warranty is a scam so stay away from this company is my best advice . I see they have high rates on yelp also which is why I used them but honestly they are a 2 or at there higher star a three rating . I feel that I had to write this to warn consumers to avoid getting burned and no customer support . Nothing is built with craftsmanship even the plate is off level ! It's been over 7 months no one has come through to resolve . But they promised and processed my full payment! Encourage yourself to avoid this kind of situation and do not take the risk it's not worth it . Sincerely Kirk disappointed consumer.
