They started showing up without an appointment, and there was the hassle of re-scheduling and adjusting my week around the day of their appointment. All the technicians, while pleasant, needed a constant watchful eye and I just got tired of it. If I called to complain about the work, they would offer to re-schedule another appointment for free, which was nice but inconvenient nevertheless. I discontinued my contract with them. That was a couple of years ago, and I have not contracted with any other company. I think it will mean having new lines put in and an initial set-up fee. Meanwhile, I have not noticed any termites or any termite damage, and so I will probably avoid looking for another company for as long as possible.
