Upon entrance the store, is clean and row frontage is perfect. All the departments are clearly marked and again perfectly fronted with a broad selection of choices. As I walked through the store I was greeted with smiles and offers to help me find what I was looking for. A lady was only too helpful and guided me to the exact item I needed. We parted with friendly smiles and have a good day. I should have told her I already have had a great day because of her professionalism. Such great service and all I needed was an $11.00 part. This ACE HARDWARE store is conveniently located off the I-8 and Fortuna Rd exit. Nothing like the smell of fresh popcorn (complimentary) when you enter! The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. This store offers quality merchandise. There's plenty of quantity for just about anything you want. We had a key fob battery replaced here. The staff was amazing! Such a nice change to do business with people who know what your needs are by what you request and deliver on the spot. If you're needing camping gear, coolers, fans, window Ac's, grills, seasonings and rubs, outdoor furniture, gardening, indoor and outdoor fans, household cleaning supplies, gifts, cards, etc, and just about anything else; this place offers it with a smile. I needed to have a car key made and discovered that ACE Hardware provides that service. My key has a transponder chip, and it took approximately a week for the key to be made. Then, an ACE technician had to program the key to my car. They did this in the parking lot. The cost for my key was $99.99. This was the first time I was ever in ACE Hardware in the Foothills. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The store itself is neatly organized with a variety of different products for home and garden. I wish I had ventured into ACE sooner, because it is definitely an alternative to Lowe's or Home Depot for my projects, and very convenient for Foothills residents. The older I get, the more I rely on practical convenience and the goodwill of other people. read more

A new store to me but they've been here since October 2020. Good to see an AH store again; I thought the huge lumber stores ran them out of town. Quality prices for quality merch. Can I say friendly! Wow! Greeted at the door and by every employee that crossed my path! The store is amazing! Very large inside, lots and lots of products! They even sell greeting cards! I guess that is for the one stop shopping experience. Great selections. Clean and well lit. The parking is excellent! So excited that this store has opened here. So much closer than the big box stores in Yuma. Prices are usual Ace Hardware prices. You pay for convenience. They always have great sales, so watch for those! Covid protocols in place. I'm leaving this review for Peter! I'm from Phoenix and most times when you enter a store over there, it's not personable and it generally feels like you're inconveniencing workers when asking for help. Every time I come down to Yuma, the consistent friendly atmosphere amazes me! My partner and I went to this location looking for a specific tool for flooring. Peter immediately stopped what he was already doing to help look around the store. He even went across the store to check a different area to see if they might have it over there. Despite not having the tool in store, I wanted to leave a nice review because sometimes it can be frustrating looking for something you need and it isn't in stock at the stores you go to, but people like Peter have you leaving the interaction and store in good spirits! He was able to point us in the right direction to a store that sure enough... had the tool in stock! Shout out to Peter and his genuineness. First hate giving one star because it is a great store and so convenient but the manager needs some customer service. We talked to him about 2 weeks ago about his staff not wearing masks and he said he would make sure they put them on well today went back and a staff member had there mask under there chin. Hubby talked to manager and he made excuses and didn't have his on properly either. We don't like wearing it but it is part on life at the moment. It is a shame we were trying to shop at the little store and help them out. read more

LOVE this store! The managers there have been great, Some things the staff are still learning, but they are always trying very hard and always professional and friendly. When I have entered the store, I feel like I have old friends there, already- even though they just opened a few weeks ago. We ordered a Traeger grill online to be delivered to our daughter as gift. Two guys delivered it assembled, set it up & explained to her how to use it and answered all of her questions, including some safety issues. They discussed some of the other Traeger products the store carries, which we will be checking out soon. BTW I have been in this store several times since it opened, including opening day, and the very friendly Staff have always been wearing masks- so I don't know what the other reviewer is talking about.
