The project lasted several hours and left the house feeling like a home again. They did a fantastic job from top to bottom and cannot be happier with the way everything looks. It made the house brighter and the smell was pleasant, not too over powering with cleaners. Also appreciate the veterans discount as well. Really happy with the service and definitely recommend this cleaning company. Sidenote, my dog felt comfortable with the cleaning crew being in the house. Always nice when they pass the dog vibe check. Afterwards, our dog was able to see his reflection on the door, that's how well it was cleaned, that he ended up reacting and started barking. I waited 3 months and still nothing so I text him, no response. Completely ghosted. A few more months go by and finally I call him to ask where my shelf is. He must really think I'm dumb with his asinine response. He proceeds to say what, you never received it!? No I haven't. If I had I would not be calling. Then he says he took the funds out of his employees check and she was instructed to get it to me and has since been let go however long ago. He says he is going to look into it and call me back that day. Again never heard anything back. I called him a week later and left a voicemail. Surprise surprise, I have not received a call back nor a text. DO NOT give this company your business! The owner will tell you what he thinks you want to hear and then never follow through. I did notice a few things missed after they left, and Ed was more than apologetic and offered to have his team come back to make things better. Not only did they return another day, but they did additional cleaning at the second visit (and he sent one of his best team members to make it right). Recommendation: Be clear about the services you need done as not all companies are the same, so ask for details of what's covered. I'm quite impressed with management's responsiveness and willingness to correct things. Would use them again. I'm sure overtime, my 4 stars will move up to 5.

I explained multiple times I needed a deep cleaning in the kitchen, living room, and bathroom cleaned, including baseboards, cabinets, and walls in the kitchen area. Cabinets were empty and just needed to be wiped out and there were no dishes or anything that needed washing. The main purpose of my call was to have the dust and dirt cleaned from the remodel. I have a small 1700 sq foot home and they were only cleaning 3 areas. Two workers cleaned for 2 hours, and the owner Gloria came an hour late and cleaned for 1 hour but she mostly just stood around. I saw her attempt to clean the baseboards wiping them quickly with one stroke with a dry paper towel. When they announced they were leaving I noticed the walls, ceiling fan, and inside cabinets were not touched AT ALL. The baseboards still had the same dirt that was there when they arrived. Gloria had her workers clean the baseboards again in a few areas and told me the walls would be $400 extra. Huh? To clean the walls in 2 small areas $400? Are you serous? She had just robbed me for $150 and did a mediocre job at "deep cleaning". I should've went with the other company I contacted for $50 more. Now I'm stuck cleaning my cabinets, fan, and walls. No wonder there are no reviews. Please look elsewhere for an honest and quality job. I received a message from Gloria stating I didn't mention that she cleaned an extra shower for me in my second bathroom and that her prices are fair. She cleaned 1 small bathroom and a shower stall only in my second bathroom. Once again, for the quality of work, the price was not fair. I told her on the phone when I initially called that I needed a deep clean, walls, and baseboards. I also showed the workers when they arrived exactly what I needed. They did not do a "deep clean". The services provided was a regular cleaning, if that, and neglected the clearly visible dirty areas. Like I said inside of cabinets were not touched, fan in living area not touched or dusted, walls not touched, baseboards half done. I reiterate, my house is not large at all. There is work involved for $150 bucks, it isn't given freely. Yet and still I paid her and didn't ask for any money back. I just cleaned the other areas myself. And just noticed that my stainless steal stove is scratched up on the outside from her worker using an abrasive sponge to clean. She says she has many recommendations.
