If I could zero stars i would. these people are a scam...the sales rep Mario and the Manager Mike are liars and thieves...They misrepresented the vehicle's condition. This is not a business...It is a s scam enterprise...The engine light came on immediately when we received the vehicle...we sent them pics of the this and NO RESPONSE , the amp was out, the vehicle had NO OIL, NO RADIO and a host of many other problems. The STATE of Texas needs to look into this so called business and conduct an in investigation into FRAUDULENT business practices. If there was an option for zero that's what I would choose. This is the biggest shady dealership I have ever encountered and known of. DO NOT purchase a vehicle from this place. All of their cars have been broken down and fixed to where they can only get off the lot. In my experience we didn't even have the car for two weeks when it broke down and found out the motor was shot! They denied our "vehicle protection" because according to them we didn't drive it 1,0000 miles! How could we when it broke down! That was their plan all along. COMPLETELY 100% ABSOLUTELY NEVER GOING BACK. I was told the BMW i3 I purchased would be charged fully and ready for pickup when I cam to get it. It was not AT ALL! In fact, as I started the drive home, I ran out of charge and had to make an emergency stop at a charge station. I sat for hours charging the vehicle. It said it had 41 miles on it when I went to take the vehicle back and since I only had 20 or so miles to go, I thought it should be enough. No, I was down to 6 miles before I reached the exit. THEN THE CAR DIED! It said "Drivetrain malfunction: Stop and turn off engine. Do not continue driving. Call Roadside Assistance." I BOUGHT THE CAR AT NOON and got this message by 7PM THE SAME DAY! It does not hold a charge, it does not even charge to the full advertised amount. AND NOW = no one is answering the phone. I have emailed, texted, called and now am leaving this message. I am STRANDED OFF OF 1-10 EAST next to Manzana Park - barely 3 miles away and NO ONE IS GOING TO ANSWER THE PHONE. I was on the phone with Juan as my vehicle died and I was left stranded. I hung up with him to dial 911. I was calling and letting you know I was on my way. I called and spoke with Juan and Mike. I emailed the owner Fernando Lopez. I have tried everything. Evaluated my trade in on a used Camaro and was then told that this didn't apply to used cars. (Bait/switch sales tactic)Well we did eventually make a deal and I bought the car. Well while there I see another camaro and call my son about it. Get a price out the door for it. He comes up and makes a deal on the car. DO NOT GO HERE FOR A CAR. My husband got a Mazda Speed 3 from here. Tons of shaking while driving which I thought was sketchy but my husband was okay with it. We've had this vehicle for 3 months. It's in the shop b cause the transmission was lose causing the vehicle to shake, it also has a bad leak, it also destroyed the clutch causing the clutch to grind BADLY. On top of that the transmission is now causing the exhaust to leak into the vehicle. Currently it is completely broken down, and we are now paying TWICE what we paid for the car to have it repaired. If you have a baby on the way, are tight on money, just got married, just got a job and need a car. For your health and safety, DO NOT GO HERE. And read up on Texas Lemon Law. I just bought a mazda3 3days ago but due to working outside El Paso in the middle of nothing I really needed a car plus at the time of buying this car I changed my mind of taking it to a mechanic (I had no time due to leaving back to work on a certain time) adding to this the dealer kept assuring me that "it's practically a new car, it shouldn't have nothing wrong with it" trying to convince me in his way a mechanic shouldn't be needed.... anyways.... that same day I got my car, driving it at night all of a sudden I started hearing scratching noises( I dint hear that when I test drive it) then I kept testing the brakes and of course it WAS the brakes.... so, as of now idk what else I will deal with in the next weeks hopefully nothing ..... but with this experience I will never buy a car here again or will not recommend nobody here I'll be posting this on all my social media's to expose this bullshit..... they knew about them brakes and plus I had to replace some disc ......trust me when I say I will expose this dealer ship so people can be aware or just be cautious if they encounter this place read more

Sold my sil a lemon. Bought a car from them had nothing but issues from the start. Refuse to help in anyway. Now the head gasket went so shes stuck shellong out over a grand to get it fixed while paying a loan for it. She was stuck on the side of the road with her 3 yr old because of this junk car. We bought a 2008 Honda Element from them in October 2016. We financed through our bank for over $10,000. A letter was missing on the car, but I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt, as that was a cosmetic thing, and we needed a car, as I was giving birth to twins very soon. I told my husband I had a feeling about the car and the dealership, but he was trusting and in a hurry. My instincts were right. By May, there was a head gasket issue, and we took it to them. They had it for a month, and every time we tried to call the owner/manager, he was in "meetings". He finally told us it was going to cost $1100, because of his mechanics getting parts, and got angry with me when I accused him of taking advantage, and hung up in my face. We finally got the car back, but now the damn transmission has a leak, and has had one since the 1 year mark of us getting the car. Shame on them for scamming people! read more

I purchased a used 2014 hyundai elantra from this dealership back in April. They have no finance department which i guess is to be expected for a smaller dealership. Within a month of buying this car I have had to put around $1600 into it for new tires and brakes. The struts were out of aligment as well. I had to get the temp tags renewed because it took soo long to get the plates from the DMV. After I had to call this dealership a few times to get my plates I find out that they had the plates for over 5 days without notifying me. I also received a letter from my bank that said that they had not yet received the title from the dealership. I give them two stars because after I had to buy the new brakes and tires it has been a good car. The service at this place is awful. I highly recommend going to a larger dealership instead of this hole in the wall. Buyer beware....buy at your own risk. read more

Went in on Wednesday morning 10am 02-24-16 to buy my son a vehicle that he liked from the lot. Juan or Jon the salesman which according to him is or was the owners son or the business owners partner son who helped us out. We checked the vehicle out and advised Jon/Juan that we would continue shopping and would come back. Jon/Juan advised us that the car we were interested in which was a 2006 Maroon Convertible was for $6995.00. According to Jon/Juan they had just recieved the car at the lot and it was not yet priced but he guaranteed me that he would honor that price and he would hold it for us till end of day. We asked that if we needed to give him a deposit for him to hold it for us and he said no, that he "was a man of his word." We came back at approximately 230pm to test drive mustang which my son fell in love with and proceeded w finance paperwork. Juan/Jon gave me a purchase order so I can take to my bank so I can purchase the vehicle. My bank approved my loan for financing at 4pm and I immediately called Jon/Juan for the good news and that I was on my way back to his car lot to pick up vehicle. Upon my arrival Jon/Juan saw me drive up and he hid like a coward from me. I went inside the business to ask to speak to him when I was approached by another salesman who turns out to be Jon/Juans brother/son of the owners partner/finance manager. He claimed that Jon/Juan was w another customer which was not true because I had just seen him outside conversating w mechanics/painters/helpers. I told the gentlemen that approached me that I was there to pick up a vehicle that Jon/Juan had sold me, he told me that vehicle had just been sold to a customer that was at the dealership at the moment. I told him that Jon/Juan had sold me the vehicle and that I had just gone to bank for loan approval, the gentlemen told me that the car I wanted had been sold already and that he could get me another one if I wanted. Long story short, the Mustang was sold to me and a purchase order given to me by Juan/Jon for my bank was given to me in the amount of $6995.00. The customer who they sold the car bought it for $10995.00, obviously screwing me over and waisting my time and screwing the other customer over, all for more money and not considering the consumer. I agree w other reviews that they do have great vehicles in stock but their company as well as their staff from the salesman to the mechanic are shady and have no customer service skills and don't consider consumers to be a priority for their business.
