This place is horrible. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else. First the lie to you, when you…read moreask how long to be seen and how many customers in front of you. The front desk lady said she just answers the phone. I didn't know doctors offices hired people to just answer the phone snd if so, you need to get rid of her. She needs to be able to do more as a functioning working adult other than answer the phone. She has to be able to answer questions coherently or pretend to understand regular English sentences. I will never come here again and I recommend you don't. I'm calling my insurance company to talk to them about this because I don't think anyone should have to pay for service at this place. I paid a co-pay that I'm going to dispute with the insurance company. If they don't do something about it, I'm calling my bank to dispute the charge. Sub-standard care, no follow up, poor communication from start to finish.

Diagnosed bacterial sinus infection and prescribed antibx etc. Unfortunately, thru no fault of theirs, it moved to respiratory and I went back and saw Katie (again maybe 10 min wait) and she prescribed steroid shot, in addition to continuing antibx and aerosol breathing meds and I feel SO much better this evening. Disclaimer - my surgery went well & I have no complaints about that…read more My complaint is that I had my surgery on July 2nd, and they told me that I had to pay up front and that my insurance would reimburse me. Due to OSA's ineptitude, it has taken over 107 days for me to get that money reimbursed to me -- I have been owed almost $1,500 for months. This is because my insurance reimbursed them virtually instead of using paper and snail mail, which OSA could not handle due to their incompetence. Very upsetting, frustrating, and an overall long and drawn out process.

Please disregard the bad review by Rebecca W. The daddy that she is referring to, is my dad also,…read moreand he has received excellent care from this company. Her bad review was a revenge tactic because one of the sitters had to call her out on her bad behavior that was upsetting my dad. The sitter was actually protecting my dad and went above and beyond to make sure his health was her top priority. As far as the other remarks that she made, those were all lies. My dad and the rest of the family have been extremely pleased with the care he has received from this company. All of the sitters, have been very caring, compassionate, and wonderful companions to my dad. If you are looking for a way to keep your love one home, when they can't live alone any longer, this company IS the answer. This is a WONDERFUL company with WONDERFUL employees.

This service is very negligent in caring for seniors. One sitter took my Dad in her personal car…read moreand left him alone in her car for 5 hours while she shopped all day. My Dad sat in piss all day and was soaked when he got home. She didn't even take him to the restroom or out of the car all day. The administrator, Robin Cox of this company says she allows her sitter employees to shop and leave their dementia clients in a car alone all day and that they encourage it. My Dad won't even wear a seat belt in a vehicle and he is on blood thinners. This is so negligent. Taking my Dad on an outing for an hour or two may be ok if he was transported in a company vehicle with property insurance liability. The outing should be something for my Dad, not being left unattended in a car for 5 hours while the sitter goes clearance sale shopping for herself. After this shopping spree she came back and fed my Dad iceberg lettuce with egg on top while she sat and played on her phone and texted and called her buddies telling them about all the sales she shopped while my Dad was neglected and sat in piss and in pain unattended in her car. The administrator, Robin Cox said she was unconcerned.
