I went to the office today due to a eye infection. I have never had issue with this office before…read morebc I've been several times, even after the new system was administered. My wallet had been stolen so I didn't have anything but LA wallet and my insurance was on the system. Never was a problem until today. Tried to call me a a liar about being there since the new system was on place... Check my patient history.. you'll see it's true. So she proceeded to tell me there's nothing she can do and I explained what they did before to just get me through the survey online. I was insured and they had everything on their system including my id and I had La wallet . Again never had an issue. She proceeded to call a associate in another office to see how to deal with the problem then told her something I TRIED to explain and she would not listen to me and proceeded telling her stuff as I was like no ma'am that's not what I said. And she ignored me and went to the back where they began making jokes and saying stuff like she's cray cray. And other things where you could hear it in the lobby, so I was humiliated in front of the whole office and lobby, not once but twice. I even heard the receptionist say.. this made me feel so good about myself. And they started laughing. I walked out crying from being so humiliated. This was my main office I came to. It I doubt I'll return. I wouldn't have just made something up like that... Esp when my history states I've been there several times. Always treated with kindness until today. So unprofessional.

I guess a father of a child taking his kid in to see whats going with them, is a reason to be pissy…read moreat the father. the "doctor" checking my son out acting like i was even there when i was telling her what medicine he couldnt stomach. and when i talked to her she didnt even look at me when i spoke, just gave me side eye and attitude when i said medicine he couldnt take. if i could rate that lady with zero stars i would in a heart beat!! but the office lady up front did perfect with helping get our information down.

My son woke up in pain. This was our first time at this clinic and the reviews were not great but…read morewith my new insurance they were on the list so we went. Best decision ever. Care was prompt. Friendly. Understanding. He is 17 and they asked him the "sensitive" questions out of my earshot. Adequate tests to figure out a diagnosis and satisfy my mom-sense that they are on top of the situation. We will go back when we need care. It takes a lot to impress me, but they did it.

She was one of the best nurses that I've come across. We need more doctors and nurses that show kindness in the medical field.

I was in a fight for my life in their ICU! To say that I received poor care would be an…read moreunderstatement. Their nurses lacked the training and professionalism needed to deliver dignified care. I felt like I was in an episode of the Heat of the Night with many of their nurses to be so young had anti bellum mindsets and the black nurses feeling as they had to take that abuse to remain employed. My experience was a nightmare.

Took my daughter there for a fever. They said it was just sinuses and told her to take something…read moreover the counter. She was even worse later that day so we took her somewhere else. Turns out it was a Bad ear infection. They never checked her ears! Took my mother, who's from out of town, there for a fever. The did a blood screen and said her white count looked fine and there was nothing they could or would do. Her white count was double what her norm was! When we pointed this out all we got was a shrug of the shoulders. Now, she will have to wait until they drive back to Virginia to get antibiotics prescribed! This place is the worst. They don't even do the bare minimum to diagnose what's going on with you. If you are sick then don't waste your time going here. They really don't care.
