I was told to fill out a form in which I indicated my problem areas, of which none was worked. At the end I paid with card for the 60 minute massage, even though it was around 40 minutes. I was told I was told pay the tip in cash. Today, the next day, I am in major pain with a couple of bruises on my back. All I wanted was asiatic pain relief and all I got was 95 dollars taken , 85 for massage and 10 for tip, and new pain, from bruises on my back. Be careful with this establishment if you want a therapeutic and safe massage experience.

The front desk lady said she just answers the phone. I didn't know doctors offices hired people to just answer the phone snd if so, you need to get rid of her. She needs to be able to do more as a functioning working adult other than answer the phone. She has to be able to answer questions coherently or pretend to understand regular English sentences. I will never come here again and I recommend you don't. I'm calling my insurance company to talk to them about this because I don't think anyone should have to pay for service at this place. I paid a co-pay that I'm going to dispute with the insurance company. If they don't do something about it, I'm calling my bank to dispute the charge. Sub-standard care, no follow up, poor communication from start to finish.
