Upon entering the facility, I was greeted with the most amazing staff! They reassured me that I was going to leave there feeling wonderful and anxiety would not be an issue after my first visit. True, everything went extremely smooth. Dr. Harvey took things slow and explained everything to me. Gave me, a follow up appointment and plan of action to adjust things gradually. I was very pleased with the service, the care, and the bedside manner that I received. Absolutely recommend this business!

A friend of mines was referred to this clinic for rehab and the staff was extremely unprofessional…read moreto her. She was asked personal and inappropriate questions that were not only insensitive to her situation but just outright enological for someone to ask. The questions asked had nothing to do with her treatment or assessment , the questions were for personal curiosity of her own. Needless to say this clinic needs a course on patient courtesy and proper bedside manner specially on sensitive cases. Lastly, the provider enter the room with no mask and was annoyed when asked to wear one during the consult. Though there is a divide on mask usage during this pandemic it is unsanitary/unsafe to not wear one in a medical setting with so much foot traffic and patient to patient interaction. These are people coming out of surgery and that may have underlined health conditions and are overall venerable to all infections during their recovery.

I wish had another word to describe them; but I so wish they both had PhD is medicine so they could be my actual doctors... I just got my first massage there yesterday. The lady has the best bedside manner I've ever seen in my life. Everyone there seems to look as if they're 10 years younger than they are! I THANK GOD I found this place! I was told to fill out a form in which I indicated my problem areas, of which none was worked. At the end I paid with card for the 60 minute massage, even though it was around 40 minutes. I was told I was told pay the tip in cash. Today, the next day, I am in major pain with a couple of bruises on my back. All I wanted was asiatic pain relief and all I got was 95 dollars taken , 85 for massage and 10 for tip, and new pain, from bruises on my back. Be careful with this establishment if you want a therapeutic and safe massage experience.

The front desk lady said she just answers the phone. I didn't know doctors offices hired people to just answer the phone snd if so, you need to get rid of her. I will never come here again and I recommend you don't. I'm calling my insurance company to talk to them about this because I don't think anyone should have to pay for service at this place. I paid a co-pay that I'm going to dispute with the insurance company. If they don't do something about it, I'm calling my bank to dispute the charge.
