I was told to fill out a form in which I indicated my problem areas, of which none was worked. At the end I paid with card for the 60 minute massage, even though it was around 40 minutes. I was told I was told pay the tip in cash. Today, the next day, I am in major pain with a couple of bruises on my back. All I wanted was asiatic pain relief and all I got was 95 dollars taken , 85 for massage and 10 for tip, and new pain, from bruises on my back. Be careful with this establishment if you want a therapeutic and safe massage experience.

My point of reference is the experience I had at Spa Nouvelle (Signature Massage) with therapist Ana, which I rate at 5/5 stars. I have sampled so many massages (including overrated Massage Envy--the McDonald's of spas), only to feel dissatisfied. I didn't realize Ana's expertise or the value of a Signature Massage while I had it. I miss it dearly (I'll probably never find myself in Monroe again) and highly recommend. I also received a gel manicure which lasted a full 2 weeks.

My fiancé & I always book the couples room for massages, we enjoy every last second of it. My son, who plays college football, loves his specialty massages, they really help. I've come for a facial as well, my only issue with that was it felt like a long sales pitch for product. It was a wonderful facial, but I didn't want to hear about Murad products non-stop, I wanted to relax. I'm going for another one soon, so I've got my fingers crossed it will be a different experience. All in all, I highly recommend getting yourself a membership, I've never regretted ours. We have 2, (the second add on for family is discounted!!) The total cost each month is less than 1 massage at other spas I've been to. It's a wonderful and beneficial gift to yourself!
