I had a pedicure today and didn't pay attention to my toes until later in the day when my daughter came over she asked what happened to my toenails. I looked down and had light spots all over them. I went back and they repainted them and they looked ok. After I got home you could still see spots all In my nails. I've never been so upset. After paying $60t to have them done and they looked so bad. I'm leaving for vacation tomorrow with horrendous toenails. read more

1/5 - Would not recommend. Last Christmas, my husband purchased a $167 gift card from T & P Nails as a gift for me. Unfortunately, our toddler accidentally threw it away. I called the salon to see if they could locate the gift card purchase and possibly honor it, since it hadn't been used. I provided them with detailed information: the receipt number, date, time, and amount of purchase. The woman I spoke with said she would get back to me but never did. A few days later, I called again. She confirmed she had located the transaction in their system but needed to speak with her boss before giving an answer, and again promised a follow-up. Two to three weeks passed with no response. I called once more. The original woman wasn't in, and the new person I spoke to placed me on hold while she and her boss discussed the situation--then told me she'd call back in a couple of hours. She didn't. The next morning, I missed a call from them but called back immediately. That's when I was told they would not honor the gift card. Their reasoning? "Best Buy wouldn't honor a lost gift card, so we won't either." I understand policies, but comparing a small local business to a national chain isn't a fair justification. As hardworking individuals who actively try to support local businesses, this response was disappointing. T & P Nails made it clear they prioritize policy over people. So, I hope they enjoy the $167--because I won't be returning. read more

Starting off, I'm not a frequent complainer, this experience was just a letdown. I was taken aback at the $100 charge for these nails. I've had much "fancier" nails for less. The most disappointing part of the pricing was that there was no upfront pricing discussion, and there wasn't even a breakdown at checkout until asked. It has only been 5 days, and one has already popped off. I'm gentle with my nails and given the price, I expected at least a two-week lifespan. Clean environment, welcoming staff, but their pricing policy could use some tweaking. read more

This was my first visit to T & P Nails and I was underwhelmed and a bit offended. The staff was extremely unprofessional and borderline rude (personal conversation and extremely loud cursing at the front desk area). I had gel removed and replaced. They did a below average job on my gel polish and the whole place seemed "dirty". At one point a repeat customer came in asking for gel manicure and explained about how the last three times she'd gotten gel there that it chipped within 2 days. The staff offered little to no explanation or offer of suggestions or ways they could improve. Instead, the woman decided against the manicure and walked out frustrated. With so many nail salon options in town they'd better step up their game. I will not be going back. read more

Which is the very first thing I loved about this Nails and Spa is they had incredible customer service. They help me out with the colours and designs I wanted. I went in at 10 am on a saturday. First thing I did was ask how long the wait would be since I had other things to take care of that morning. I was told "very short wait", picked a color and sat down. It's almost 12pm now and I still haven't had anyone come over to do my nails.
