at the end of the day, I knew better than to go here. This was nails for my baby shower this weekend. they got me in pretty quick and the lady didn't seem like she wanted to talk much(which is fine, I can read a room) so I let her do her thing. shaping was really well done, I go to wash my hands and sit back down and she bluntly blurts out "can you pay now?" never seen that happen before but okay. I pay $40 (pretty cheap so not mad) tipped her $6. And she just went buckwild bad with the polish. We get done and she motions me to go to the nail drying station but doesn't pick up any of my stuff. I carefully pick up my wallet, keys and phone and the nails are instantly smushed. She has a fit meanwhile I'm calm as ever about it and swiftly paints over them and AGAIN.. Gets them smeared from me transferring my stuff to the other station. I won't lie, I was over it after that and didn't let her fix it. I'm 9 months pregnant with thin patience so I apologize. I proceeded to tell her not to worry about it, I would just go home and fix them. I didn't even cry or get that upset. I was just ready to be out of there. She then tries to lighten the mood and ask about my pregnancy and what I'm having cause she could clearly tell I was off. but yeah.. not for me. Won't be back. But I did fix my nails and they look pretty great now! so thanks for the wonderful shaping of them. Glad I picked polish so I could just wipe the gunk job off. read more

There is a man at this nail salon who, when he finished your nails, grabs a lotion bottle and puts it in your hand making a joke that the lotion bottle is male genitalia and your newly manicured nails is your hand around it. He's done it more than once, I laughed awkwardly cause I didn't know what to do, and I was incredibly uncomfortable. On numerous occasions I went into this nail salon dealt with him and they didn't even clean under my nails or cut my cuticles so I won't be back. I went five times and I've decided I'm just going somewhere else. read more

He took his time to help me find the color I was looking for and I could not have been happier with the results. Its always a hit or miss when you're a stranger in town but this was truly a hit! I have never walked out of a nail salon with shorter nails than I walked in with. I've been here multiple times, several years ago, for pedicures. Decided to get my fingernails done, along with my toes, for an upcoming vacation and it had been awhile since I've been able to have my fingernails done. My first impression of being back here is that they need to replace their chairs and clean. I was told it would be a 10 minute wait. It was more like 30 until they got to me and I was there over 2.5 hours. I didn't really want to stay but we were already there and, well, we just stayed. It ask for only my toenails to be done. I didn't want to spend money on a pedicure because my feet didn't need it. One was done, anyway. I chalked it up as maybe she didn't hear me well and it was relaxing, so I just let her continue. She did a great job and was very friendly. Then, Tony's brother took me back to the back table for my fingernails. I wanted a acrylic nails with a french manicure. He didn't know how to do that and he walked back and forth to the front a couple of times, exchanged words with Tony, came back and mumbled something about being tired of all the drama, walked back to the front to get another customer and brought her back to sit where I was sitting and asked me to wait because he didn't know how to do the "pink and white". I said okay. Another lady there who was very nice, asked me to wait for Tony because it would take her a long time and he could get me done in 30 minutes. I said okay and sat down and waited for him to finish another customer's nails. When it was my turn, I told him what I wanted and that I wanted my nails short, not long. (Thinking he would put glue the white tips on and cut and file them to the length I wanted). He rushed, knicking and burning several of my finger tips. There were no white tips glued on. He merely painted the white on and when I asked about gluing the white tips on, he said I would like this better and it would be perfect and last longer. I've never NOT had white tips glued on the ends of my nails. I asked twice about it but he brushed me off saying it would be perfect and I would like it. He squared my nails and I then let him know I wanted them rounded not squared and he fixed that. I apologized because I should have let him know not to square them before hand. Then he filed them down (my own nails with the pink and white now on them). I wanted nails and walked out with shorter nails than I walked in with and that's really saying something because my nails were already short because they won't grow long. They are so short that they feel odd to me and my finger tip pads are all sore from him trying to file down nails that were so short that he was filing and grinding my skin. (So much so that I jerked my hand at least twice from the pain). He is very nice. Don't get me wrong. But, when I pay for something, I want what I pay for. Had I wanted my own nails, I would have just let them paint them and be done with it and saved my money. I've thought about going to another salon who used to do them years ago and have them take this off and do them the right way, but I've already spent a total of 95.00 at this salon and don't want to be out more money before vacation this coming weekend. I'm so disappointed in my fingernails and there is nothing worse than paying for something and being this disappointed. I know Tony is the most experienced person there and possibly even the owner. He may normally be good, but I will never go back! All of my fingertips are sore and one is cut. The place is dirty. It doesn't look like they clean the tables where they do the nails, or some of the equipment. I'm hoping I don't end up with an infection. read more

Shame on me, I went to Dynasty on a Saturday afternoon. When I walked in (I had called and was told to come ahead) they said the wait was 15 minutes. I knew better and asked if should I come back later. Tony emphasized (loudly) that I could leave if I wanted but they would get to me in 15. I ignored his loud rude statement and stayed. Within a couple of minutes they placed me in a chair (you know, to keep me from running). I sat through two 15 minute massage chair segments and quietly said to the lady doing a pedicure next to me "It's been 35 minutes". She said "we are very busy". I said "I understand that just don't say 15 minutes". Tony and the lady doing the pedicure exchanged words I couldn't understand. He quickly got up and headed to the back and rudely said loudly in front of everyone "Do you want to leave? I'll get a towel" I said "you are rude". I then did something I have never done before in 35 years of getting my nails done. I didn't wait for a towel ... I got up and splashed out. As I was leaving Tony said "Have a blessed day". I said it back and kept my mouth shut even though I didn't want to. I will never be treated like that if I can help it! read more

Basically said it all in my tip.But let me elaborate. Great place, great people, great services. I always feel better after I get a pedicure. I recommend the deluxe pedi, no paraffin treatment but a warm stone massage w pumice cream and a mud mask w warm towels. Then a leg and foot massage to die for! Love this salon! read more

Loveeee this place! My sister and I always go here once in a few months because that's how long our nails last. I recommend getting dip nails because it last for a month or 2, depending on how you take care of your nails. The staff are always friendly and I'm always leaving with a smile on my face. I love this nail salon. I have never had my nails fall off and they always looked great. Sometimes the time I was there was longer than I would have liked but I never left disappointed. I have recently moved and I realized how much I miss going here. My nails haven't been done in over a month and I had to soak and pry them off still. This literally is the worse place I have ever went to get my nails done. I was sitting down at the table told the lady the color I wanted even showed a pictures to tell them what I wanted. In the dip nail it was sparkles and I wanted mate and she continued to work on my nails and ignored me then she said it will be $3 extra for mate. I told okay I don't mind paying that!! Well she continued to do my nails the color I didn't want! Well needless to say I told her if she didn't want to do my nails right then please have someone else do them. So she stood up and said you picked the color and she started yelling at me in front of everyone and was telling me I needed to leave! Well I got someone else to fix my nails there and they also did not do them the way I wanted and also cut me with the drill on both of my fingers. Well just so everyone knows I've never dealt with anyone like this in my life. I walked out crying and very upset so that being said I will never step foot back into this place again. read more

The first time I went to this business will definitely be the last. I went in to get a simple set of acrylic nails, and ended up at another nail salon the same day getting them removed. The tech at Dynasty Nails was new, but didn't bother to tell me this until after he was half way through doing my nails. There were no other techs there that day, and he turned away everyone else who walked through the door saying it was the Chinese New Year (Which it was not.) He filed the acrylic tips so jaggedly that every one of my nails was a different shape. The acrylic power was applied so unevenly that I had large mounds of it all over my nails. The polish he used on me was so old and thick that it went on in clumps, which he tried to tell me would even out once the top coat was applied. That didn't happen. Parts of my nails had no acrylic or color on them at all. By the time he was done I had polish covering most of my fingers. The underside of my natural nail was (painfully) bonded to my fingertips by acrylic clumps and nail glue. It was hideous, and looked like a toddler could have done a better job. No exaggeration! Do not waste your time or money at this establishment! You will not leave a satisfied customer! read more
