Best. Pedicure. Ever. And I have had a lot of pedicures. The salon was bright and clean and the staff friendly and helpful. Communication was easy. The chairs were even special with a unique built -in leg rest. Nguyen was my technician. She was thorough, considerate, and personable. I will make a point to see her again. I recently moved to West Monroe from Nashville. For the last two years prior to moving my nails were done monthly by a private nail tech and were very healthy. I went to AnC last Thursday with one broken nail and asked for GelX, a service I have had before. My previous tech would do GelX fill-ins but I was recommended a take off and new set. I gave the ok to move forward with the service. I was told that my tech was able to do GelX. This was not true. It's obvious now, after the nails are on, that the tech had never done GelX before. Four separate techs came over at different times to help her place the extension. The extension on my right thumb did not seat all the way and I was burned with the handpiece when she tried to remove it. A handful of other extension tips were also not fully seated on my nail and are susceptible to bacteria. All of my cuticles were filed off using a cutting burr and the top gel is on top of the cuticle. At the least the nails look terrible and at worst are unhygienic. I should have left. read more

They had good customer service at first but I got a mani pedi during which the lady doing my pedicure cut my toe, and dropped the tool she was using on my foot on the ground and put with the other tools she was actively using, then she swapped from me to another lady's foot without gloves on and came back to my foot still without gloves. As we went to do my manicure she got the gel polish all over my hands as she would clean it up and with her own fingers and touch all over my hands and stuck them under the UV lamp to dry, which risks giving me contact dermatitis as gel dried all over my hands. Then she cut one nail too short and added an extension but did not place it properly leaving a space between my nail and the extension for dangerous bacteria to grow when it gets wet. I have to get my nail redone as to not risk getting this bacteria that would prevent me from being able to get my nails done. So in total they risked me getting my toe infected, contact dermatitis, and a greenie finger nail most of which would prevent me from getting my nails done in the future. - sincerely cosmetologist read more

DO NOT go here! They need negative stars!!!! My daughter waited over an hour while two other people (who did not have appointments) went before her because they only had two people that could do acrylic nails. The color the tech applied was no where near the color she asked for. The tech also cut her cuticles on 4 of her fingers and now one is infected! This place is horrible!! read more

Came in to get a gel top coat and touch up a chipped French mani and was charged 25 dollars. Won't be coming here again. Gladly taking my business to the many other nail salons in the city! Note: I requested not to have my polish removed because I did not desire to have a full polish change, yet was still charged for one. My nail tech also mentioned that 25 was excessive for the minimal service I came in for. Like I said, will be taking my business to more reasonably priced establishments. read more
