I was there for the Spa Day Escape which included a full body massage, lunch and a facial. The full body massage was amazing. I loved the use of unscented products. The massage therapist took care to hone in on problem areas. The mood was set with spa type music. Lunch was a simple salad with a bottle of water with ranch dressing on the side. The facial was short and sweet with 20 minutes alone to relax after inhaling sweet scents of lavender. The reason for four stars is because I felt there was not much of an experience given. As a first time spa I didn't feel the escape part of the spa. When each part of the day was finished it was abrupt. Not rude just didn't tie in with the relaxation piece of a spa day. The transition piece was missing to keep the mood going. The lunch in my opinion could have been better. They could have asked what you liked in one salad. For example, I don't eat pork. There was ham in the salad I had to pick out. But, the salad was fresh. My facial was moisturizing but felt rushed and not relaxed. The esthetician gave great compliments and suggestions. The establishment prices are fairly expensive and with that being said something should be offered upon your departure. I just kind of got dressed and walked out that's it. There should be a goodie bag if some sort with a 10% coupon or something to retain you as a returning satisfied customer. This is especially recommended for first time attendees. The experience was just missing.

My daughter and I got our haircuts yesterday…read more Our stylist decided that since the shampoo bowls were busy, she would cut our hair dry. I requested a trim with 1-2 inches. My stylist took 4 inches off of my hair, and one side is one inch longer than the other. No shampoo, no style. 11 minutes from start to finish. My daughter got a trim, her hair is worse than mine. Completely uneven. Our two haircuts, each scheduled for 45 minutes, were both completed in less than 30 minutes total. A complete disaster, and very frustrating. We will be getting new haircuts to fix these. Needless to say, very disappointed and we won't return.
