I'm visiting from FL, went in to get a gel manicure, walked out with bloody finger nails. They charged me $25 for HALF the service. I get manicures twice a month and I've NEVER had my cuticles cut so deep. I have zero cuticles. My fingers are burning! I will have to get through the holidays with busted looking fingernails. I would think twice about coming here. If you do there's an Urgent Care two doors down that treats for infection. 0 stars if I could. Horrible!!!!! read more

Went in for a french manicure yesterday. Two nails have already lost their white tips. This is the second time since they changed hands that this has happened. Last time it was the polish on my pedicure. They put one coat of clear on top, that's it. What a waste of money. I will not return. read more

This place was okay until I realized that each time I went in for the exact same service, the price was always different (always higher, never lower). I always ask for a basic refill with gel polish. The price started around $37 but the very last time I went it was $60. My nails are very short, square shape, gel polish is always white, & I don't do designs. The constant increase never made sense to me so I stopped going there. read more

i was charged 75 dollars for a full set of acrylic, they charged me 10$ for length which i will not complain about because they were pretty long. however i was charged an extra 10 dollars for coffin nails whenever my nails were square. then i told her them that the fingernail polish didn't cover my whole nail and she said it did whenever it didn't, then she gave me two coats of nail polish so i ask her for another coat because i didn't feel as though it was dark enough and she told me no until i continuously asked her for another coat. read more

Ms. Victoria and her husband are very friendly, however Ms. Victoria do not know how to properly do nails. My nails came off in 10 days as if they are "press on nails" perhaps. Normally going to my preferred nail company, my nails can last up to 6 weeks. I am unsure what they use but it is not worth $65.00 for a full set. I attempted to give them the benefit of doubt, by calling and letting them know my issue, and they say come in we will take care of you. I get my nails done again and to my puzzlement, they last 10 days again and more time and money wasted, they did not take care of me. 8 hours of my time was wasted and $110.00. They are great people just need to remove acrylics off the menu. read more
