One thing I really liked was that she didn't try to sell me anything. 2 critiques would be to be gentler with the razor and to shorten nails for massaging. I felt the price was reasonable for the amount of time and attention spent on me.

My point of reference is the experience I had at Spa Nouvelle (Signature Massage) with therapist Ana, which I rate at 5/5 stars. I have sampled so many massages (including overrated Massage Envy--the McDonald's of spas), only to feel dissatisfied. I didn't realize Ana's expertise or the value of a Signature Massage while I had it. I miss it dearly (I'll probably never find myself in Monroe again) and highly recommend. I also received a gel manicure which lasted a full 2 weeks.

I only can pray that I don't get a fungus or something worse. The only bonus was the owner Peter was friendly and knew each customer that walked in and addressed them by name; although it was only two customers at the time. It was my first time there as I was visiting family from out of state and needed my nails and toes done. Everything came out ok but I still don't have peace of mind regarding the unclean environment. I will never do that again for the sake of not being rude. I should have walked!!!! By the way, they don't offer paraffin wax and that's a very basic service for a pedi experience. Get with the times! The entire establishment just needs a Do Over! People get spa like services for a spa like experience. Value your customers and the service you provide by investing in your business. I honestly don't know how the place even passes inspection. Patrons beware!
